Auf dieser Tour können Sie mehr als 40.000 lokale Kunsthandwerker in den Souks von Marrakesch sehen. Sie werden die Wunder der marokkanischen Gewürze und Traditionen entdecken, die international und auch von Marokkanern seit Hunderten von Jahren verwendet werden. Der Reiseführer zeigt Ihnen, wie traditionelle Teppiche von Hand aus natürlichen Farben hergestellt werden, und Sie können auch sehen, wie in den Souks Kupfer, Holz und andere Originalgegenstände hergestellt werden. Der Reiseleiter sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich wohlfühlen und Ihren Besuch genießen.

Wir beginnen mit dem Besuch der Werkstätten lokaler Handwerker (Lederwaren, Schmiede, Tischler, Färber usw. und viele andere). Wir werden einige der besten Ausstellungsräume, Basare und Geschäfte besuchen, um die besten Produkte unseres Handwerks zu entdecken, die man auf den ersten Blick nicht finden kann! Von Möbeln bis hin zu Schmuck, Lampen, Accessoires, Teppichen und Kaftan… alles ist in dieser einzigartigen Tour enthalten!
Der Färber-Souk liegt in der Medina, in der Nähe der Mouassine-Quelle und der gleichnamigen Moschee, in der westlichen Hälfte des Straßengewirrs. Obwohl dieser Souk vor einigen Jahren durch den zunehmenden Einsatz industrieller Farbstoffe seine Aktivität verloren hat, kann man immer noch einige kleine Werkstätten sehen, in denen noch immer traditionelles Färben praktiziert wird.
Der Souk Semmarine gilt als Hauptverkehrsader der Souks der Medina und ist vom Place Jemaa El Fna aus in der gleichnamigen Derb (Medina-Gasse) erreichbar. Der Name geht auf die Hufschmiede zurück, die einst diesen strategischen Ort besetzten, um die Tiere der Karawanenfahrer zu beschlagen, während diese ihre üblichen Einkäufe erledigten. Heute ist der Souk Semmarine eine sehr farbenfrohe Einkaufsstraße, in der Sie hauptsächlich Händler für Stoffe, Souvenirs und Kunsthandwerk, aber auch einzigartige Adressen für marokkanische Antiquitäten finden. Es stellt den Eingang zu den spezialisierten Souks dar: Gewürze, Teppiche, Stoffe, Hausschuhe ... Eine wahre Höhle von Ali Baba.

We had an absolutely wonderful tour of Marrakesh, made truly special by our fantastic guide, Amid. Amid found us at the meeting point and it was just the two of of us on this booking. It was a wet day so we got under cover in the souk. Amid shared a lot of interesting information about Morocco, Marrakesh, the souk and the artisans. Plenty of history and how that has shaped Marrakesh today. There were various stops at different shops of good quality. Friendly selling, tea along the way, but no pressure to buy. A great way to familiarise yourself with the various areas of the souk and assistance in getting a better deal if you are keen to make a purchase. If you want to see more artisans in action it would be good to go on a morning tour

Our Marrakech experience with Amid The day was full of excitement...Amid had given us a thorough tour to the places we want to go like the Souk of Medina, Jemaa El- Fnaa and many more...he was so patient and kind and very accommodating to answer the questions about the place. The history and the buildings are art itself. I even take notes of the history he had discussed about the place in Marrakech. He brought us to places that we can buy original and genuine products from Morroco, leathers and teapots, herbs and beauty products, as well as the recommended Hammam scrub 🤣 an unforgettable experience. We were glad our riad recommended Amid as our private tour guide. We're in Marrakech for a short visit on the weekend to celebrate me and my friends 50th 🎂!
