Ihre kulinarische Reise beginnt in Skanstull, dem südlichen Tor nach Södermalm. Einst ein Industriegebiet, hat es sich zu einem lebendigen Viertel entwickelt, in dem Tradition auf modernes Stadtleben trifft. Wir spazieren entlang der Götgatan, einer belebten Straße, die von Boutiquen, Cafés und lokalen Unternehmen gesäumt wird. Unser erster Halt ist ein familiengeführtes Fischgeschäft mit über 60-jähriger Geschichte, in dem wir Köstlichkeiten probieren und Schwedens reiche Fischereitraditionen kennenlernen. Während wir uns durch das trendige SoFo bewegen, besuchen wir handverlesene Restaurants und Fachgeschäfte, die von handwerklichem Käse und Wurstwaren bis hin zu traditionellen und modernen schwedischen Gerichten alles anbieten. Unterwegs erkunden wir die Geschichte, Kultur und das kulinarische Erbe der Region. Unsere Reise endet in einem renommierten Schokoladenatelier, in dem seit fast 30 Jahren handgefertigte Pralinen, Gebäck und Kuchen hergestellt werden. Wir enden mit einem schwedischen Fika, genießen handgemachte Süßigkeiten und reiche heiße Schokolade – ein süßer Abschluss unseres geschmackvollen Spaziergangs durch Södermalm.

Oliver was completely knowledgeable about our area with great landmark information. The food was an amazing collection of Swedish delicacies. By the end, you are full of fantastic food. We skipped dinner :)
This food tour was fabulous. Our guide was fabulous too and the food was upscale. It started with appetizers and wine and cheese pairings. Was lovely that everything was always arranged for our group to arrive. Swedish meatballs were delightful and the chocolate stop was devine. All the stops were really good and we saw another neighborhood of Stockholm too. We highly recommend this tour.
My husband and I love to sign up for food tours when we travel. It's a wonderful way to try different food, resturants and learn about the place you are visiting. This was one of our best food tours we have been on ( out of at least 20 in various cities). Oliver was a wonderful host with lots of information about Stockholm. We were able to taste a variety of foods. I would highly recommend this tour!

Everything about this tour was awesome. Each of the shops we went to had delicious well portioned and interesting food. Our awesome guide and all of the hosts at each stop were so friendly and provided so much cool info about the cultural or historical significance of the food. I am gluten intolerant and everyone was so accommodating and I didn’t miss out anything. If you’re looking for a great way to get to know the food scene in Stockholm and learn about Sweden this is the right tour!

You’ll get to walk around a small neighbourhood in Stockholm and explore some local delicacies from small local businesses. Everything was delicious and carefully curated. Christine was such a wonderful guide- not only does she know so much, she made sure everyone was comfortable and take care of. Definitely worth the cost- 10/10 would do again!

This food tour was amazing! Not only was Kristen absolutely lovely and knowledgeable (and super friendly), but the food stops were so well curated. It was the best food tour we have done, both because what we tried was so interesting, but it also was delicious (usually you get 1 or the other but not both). I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Oliver was great! He is super friendly, interactive and knowledgeable. It was a great way to explore Södermalm while trying traditional and modern Swedish food with a side of history. You will be full by the end of the tour so come hungry. Bonus, you get a small booklet that includes the locations that were visited and a little info. about the locations. The booklet included a couple of locations not on our tour that I would have preferred to visit but imagine the locations are selected due to availability. Overall a fun and tasty tour.
