- Flugverspätungen - Wenn Ihr Flug verspätet ist, müssen Sie uns nicht benachrichtigen. Unser Flughafenführer wird informiert, da wir die Flugpläne aktiv überwachen.
- Flugänderungen - Wenn sich Ihre Flugnummer ändert, informieren Sie uns bitte mindestens 4 Stunden vor Ihrer ursprünglich geplanten Ankunft, damit wir die Details entsprechend aktualisieren können.
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Reisenden die Ankunftskarte (TDA) mindestens 3 Tage vor Anreise online ausfüllen sollten. Wenn Sie es vergessen haben, hilft Ihnen unser Guide gerne bei der Fertigstellung des TDA bei der Ankunft, kurz vor dem Betreten des Fast-Track-Bereichs.

Your confirmation voucher was issued and sent to you on May 31, 2026, at 4:14 PM, reflecting these exact flight details. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate flight details upon booking, and while we sent you the confirmation to check, you did not reply to it. Our Service Delivery: Our guide was deployed precisely on time to meet flight BR67, holding a personalized name placard. You can view the photographic proof of our guide waiting at the designated gate here: https://www.pasteboard.co/JXTyLboJLHvW.jpg. The Discrepancy: When you contacted us stating no one was there, we immediately sent you the photo above as verification. It was only at this point that you informed us you had actually arrived on flight BR68 from London—a completely different flight. We messaged you directly to clarify that the mistake was made on your booking submission, to which we received no response. Please be assured that all documentation, correspondence logs, and timestamps have also been forwarded to Viator to dispute this review. We pride ourselves on punctuality and operational accuracy, but we can only meet the flights that passengers provide on their booking forms. It is your responsibility to tell us your correct flight details. It was amazing service and very helpful after a long flight no stress at all. It took about 5 minutes though immigration and stayed with me until we found our ride. Great service and will definitely be booking again

Very smooth , I was in 5 minutes passing the immigration. There were a few hundreds people queuing at the immigration hall.

This service is no good.They won't meet you off the flight so its pointless.I booked it for my son and although he rang several times he never met anyone.Dont waste money. He used a similar service in Doha airport last week and they were incredible.He was met at the flight bridge and taken to gate of the next flight. He never got any help today.

They had one job and they couldn’t do it. Do not use this company. Everyone else had signs, not us. Everything was confirmed for over 2 weeks and they weren’t there. Pick another company.

Because we could not fulfill the service due to missing information, a 100% refund was automatically processed for you. Service was our salvation. We arrived late and actually had no chance to get our connecting flight. We were well received. It all happened so fast. Viator should disclose the mobile number of the host at the airport, so that the 'collector' knows when the guests have arrived. it took me trouble to get through via contact.
