- Die Elektrofahrräder nehmen Ihnen die harte Arbeit ab. Wir haben regelmäßig Fahrer, die das Spektrum des Alters und der Fitness umfassen. Die Hauptanforderung ist, dass Sie koordiniert und fit genug sind, um ein 55-Pfund-Fahrrad auszugleichen. Zu Beginn jeder Tour werden Schulungen und Übungen angeboten. Für Leute, die gerne auf die Tour gehen, aber kein Fahrrad ausbalancieren können, ist es möglich, eine Rückfahrt mit einem unserer Stretch-Lastenräder zu arrangieren, die von einer anderen Person in Ihrer Gruppe gefahren wird.
- Um ein Elektrofahrrad zu betreiben, müssen Sie legal 16 Jahre oder älter sein. Die Führer behalten sich das Recht vor, einen Altersnachweis für jeden Fahrer anzufordern. Fahrer sollten auch mindestens 5 Fuß groß sein, um ihr eigenes Fahrrad zu fahren. Gäste unter 16 Jahren können als Passagier mit einem Erwachsenen in ihrer Gruppe auf einem unserer Lasträder oder in einem Kindersitz fahren (für Kinder von 1 bis 6 Jahren oder bis zu 48,5 Pfund).
- Touren unterliegen günstigen Wetterbedingungen. Wenn es in der Prognose leichten Regen gibt, aber zu Beginn der Tour keine, dann werden wir zum Zeitpunkt der Tour gemeinsam entscheiden, ob wir fahren möchten. Wir stellen Regenponchos und Regenschutz für die Aufbewahrungstaschen der Fahrräder zur Verfügung, um Ihr Hab und Gut zu schützen. Bei einer Stornierung aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter haben Sie die Möglichkeit, ein anderes Datum oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung zu erhalten.

Such a great way to see Asheville! We had a beautiful sunny day and got to cover a lot of ground. The places the tour took us to we didn’t have on our agenda, so I’m really glad we did this tour and got to learn more about the city.
Trip had to be cancelled due to torrential rain but Torin kindly drove me to the hop on bus tour instead and on the way showed me some of the places we would have seen and gave me excellent insights into Ashevilles history. So impressed by his kindness. Money refunded same day no hassle.

We really enjoyed the tour as we had never been to Ashville. We stopped at a mall and hotel that were both super cool. Josh was a great guide. We would do the tour again. We were disappointed by a couple things. First, we both had white e-bikes and they did not function as they should. We have a lot of experience with e-bikes as we have owned a couple for about 5 years now. My bike was really hard to pedal with out the power boost and power levels one and two didn't feel any different. Power level three always worked as well as the throttle. I ride a 50 lb e-bike and it is easy to pedal with the motor off. I don't know why this bike was so hard to pedal. My wife also had problems with her bike and ended up only using the throttle. Both bikes had very squeaky brakes. I talked to Josh about my bike. He couldn't find anything wrong with it. The tour was supposed to be from 9:30-12:30. One couple were running late so the tour didn't start until 10am and we got back to the store about 12:23 so we did not get our three hours. We really liked Josh but we feel he should dress a little more professionally. I would not accept any white e-bikes if you do do a tour with this company. We would give the tour and Josh a 5 start rating and the bikes a 2 star.

Sometimes issues still arise while on a tour and our guides flag those bikes to be repaired before going out again.
