An Bord stellt unser auf junge Besucher spezialisierter Guide Kindern Rätsel und historische Fragen zu den Denkmälern am Seineufer. Ein wenig Hilfe von Eltern ist erlaubt! Da unsere Boote 100% elektrisch sind, bieten sie eine leise, gasfreie und umweltfreundlichere Navigation. Am Ende der Kreuzfahrt können Kinder ihr Kapitänsdiplom bei uns abholen. An Bord, Möglichkeit, einen süßen Crêpe oder einen Keks und ein Erfrischungsgetränk für die Kinder und ein Glas Champagner für die Erwachsenen hinzuzufügen!

Der Eiffelturm wurde vom französischen Ingenieur Gustave Eiffel für die Weltausstellung 1889 in Paris gebaut. Diese großartige technische Meisterleistung wurde in zwei Jahren, zwei Monaten und fünf Tagen vollbracht. Es ist 324 Meter hoch und die Metallkonstruktion wiegt 7.300 Tonnen. Pariser sind von seinem metallischen Aussehen und seiner Höhe skandalös. Es wurde für 20 Jahre gebaut. An der Spitze wurde 1903 eine Funkantenne angebracht, die den Turm vor dem Abriss bewahrte. Heute ist es das Wahrzeichen von Paris.
Das Orsay Museum wurde erstmals mit einem Bahnhof für die Weltausstellung 1900 in Paris gebaut. In den 1980er Jahren wurde es in ein Museum umgewandelt, um Kunst des 19. Jahrhunderts zu beherbergen, darunter Werke der größten Impressionisten und Post-Impressionisten wie Auguste Renoir, Claude Monet und Vincent Van Gogh.
Der Bau der Kathedrale Notre-Dame begann 1163 und wurde fast zwei Jahrhunderte später, 1345, abgeschlossen.
Der Louvre war früher ein königlicher Palast. Es wurde 1793 in ein Museum umgewandelt. Es ist das größte Denkmal in Paris mit über vier Kilometern Fassaden und fast 14 Kilometern Galerien. Der Louvre ist das meistbesuchte Museum der Welt und zeigt 38.000 Werke, darunter den geflügelten Sieg von Samothrake, die Venus von Milo und natürlich die Mona Lisa.
Das Grand Palais wurde für die Weltausstellung 1900 in Paris erbaut und ist eine architektonische Meisterleistung. Sein Glasdach gilt als das größte in Europa. Heute ist es Veranstaltungsort für kulturelle Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen, ein Jahrmarkt und die größte Eislaufbahn Europas.

Comfortable cruising and driving very clear and engaging kids pins!
Everything perfect except the awful witch at the bar who literally ruined my trip. The captain so nice, the super interesting guide and at the bar a kind of stupid and mean witch who traumatized me with her long nails and who handled pancakes without gloves. My son was sick and wanted apple juice but she refused to serve me because I noticed her lack of hygiene...
It was a first for me. I very much appreciated the explanations and humor of the guide. Next time I will try to do the night cruise. 😍

A very pleasant family cruise: very much appreciated the comments quite relevant and affordable for children!! A cruise that combines history of Paris and beautiful walk allowing to appreciate several eras of architecture. A real success!!
Yeah, good. This cruise combined with a discovery of Paris by TootBus allowed us to discover the main monuments of Paris from different angles. Everyone can cruise according to their wishes (sitting outside, sitting inside, passing from port to starboard and vice versa depending on the comments of the guide). In addition to the planned cruise we were able to discover an unplanned activity: to be evacuated from the boat by the famous Paris firefighters. Our boat had a problem and became impossible to steer, we were able to dock with the help of other boats under the watchful eyes of the river brigade and be evacuated. Les Vedettes de Paris sent us another boat and we were able to finish our cruise (with 1 hour more on the clock).

Fun way to see the sights. They were organized and the kids had fun. It was just the right amount of time.
The boat was small and perfect for a small group of families. However, it was not as “kid oriented” as advertised. The tour was mostly in French and while the host asked questions to the kids, it was really not very didactic. She definitely did not keep the kids’ attention for long. The bar was pretty expensive and did not have coffee available (terrible for an early morning tour).
