The train is quite old but safe and functional. Our tour guide was Abdullah Khan, very polite and professional, he knows everything about Agra.

This is by far the MOST HONEST COMPANY I have EVER done business with! We had booked a train to travel to another city with this company. They are very fast with the booking and that’s impressive. Also they find the best seats for you and try their level best to get what you request. Sadly our father died while in Delhi (he came a few weeks earlier for treatment) so our world went into a tailspin. My wife was not feeling too well from all of the stress so she decided not to take the train even though this company was already paid for for the tickets. I wasn’t expecting a refund but I reached out to the owner and told him the issue AND THE MAN GAVE ME A FULL REFUND NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! You won’t even find THAT type of honesty in America! Let me tell you, I’ve been to 57 countries and hundreds of cities and NEVER have I met such an honest person! I will recommend this man and his company TO ALL TRAVELERS! Also they check on you to ensure you’re safe and have arrived for your trip. IMPRESSIVE! USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have INTEGRITY, and that’s EVERYTHING when you’re a tourist and need someone to trust!! Thankyou again sir for making our difficult time a little easier, you and your staff are a GOD SEND!

Choose the full tour with hotel pickup, friendly drivers accompany you to your train seat so you don’t get lost or overwhelmed with chaos. Travel in the gatimaan express in business class, comfortable and give simple food. The tour company bought the tickets in advance for me. On arrival they were waiting for me at the train door! I felt very safe the whole time. The guide speaks good Spanish and explained everything. They took me to eat at a 5 star hotel firm, Indian food but very good. Nice visit in Agra .
