Trekking an einem der Hänge des Ätna, zwischen alten Flüssen, Mondlandschaften und üppigen Wäldern, von Lava umgebenen Häusern, atemberaubenden Ausblicken, Lavahöhlen, die in absoluter Sicherheit erkundet werden können, und Verkostung typischer lokaler Produkte. Mittagessen in einer Berghütte Besuch der wunderschönen Alcantara-Schluchten, die vor Tausenden von Jahren dank eines Lavastroms entstanden sind, der in das Bett des Alcantara-Flusses eindrang.

Ein ganzer Tag in Begleitung unserer Guides, um die Entstehung und Mythologie des größten aktiven Vulkans Europas vom Meer bis zur Spitze kennenzulernen.
Nach dem Mittagessen besuchen wir die wunderschönen Alcantara-Schluchten, die vor Tausenden von Jahren dank eines Lavastroms entstanden sind, der in das Flussbett des Alcantara eingedrungen ist. Der Absturz zwischen dem extrem kalten Wasser des Flusses und der glühenden Lava schuf eines der spektakulärsten Szenarien der Natur.

I am not young, and not fit so I booked a tour which was said to be easy and "suitable for strollers". Despite that I was taken on s trip which was very difficult with much climbing to high altitudes which I could not do. The guide did not seem to care at all, and kept running ahead with the group (4 other fit persons) leaving me struggling behind. At 2 times he even left me alone in the woods for long period of time to wait for the group. I paid a lot of money, and did not get to see almost nothing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
You're truly a dishonest person. Everyone needs to know that you blackmailed me for a non-existent refund because you chose the wrong tour. All the other customers gave us 5-star reviews on the same day for the same tour... Write all the negative reviews you want, we won't stand for your blackmail.
It was a wonderful full-day trip. Arrival at 8:30 AM in a comfortable bus, a short stop at a vineyard near Etna to change shoes (worth it!) and put on a warm jacket (not worth it in June!), a ride to one of Etna's many cones, a walk - pine forests smell beautifully of resin, an excellent guide, Miko, then a return visit to the Ladroni Grotto, a delicious lunch with wine at the vineyard (not included but highly recommended!), a ride to the incredible Alcantara Canyon, and a return trip to Catania around 5:30 PM. I'm grateful to Etna Sicily Tours for helping me organize this trip – even though I booked it on-line on TripAdvisor (Viator) very late, they managed to find a spot for me. It's very encouraging that they care so much about the satisfaction of customers they've never met. Grazzie mille!

I had booked a day tour on Etna, I am going there with my children aged 6 and 8. Everything was organized very well and Danilo - the guide - was super helpful and also helpful with my little ones! They have good prices and are super professional and prepared! Highly recommended!

Pleasant and informative day with Salvo our guide who answered all our questions (English, German, French and Italian) Salvo is very pleasant and smiling. Lunch is complete (between, main course, dessert( and wine and water) Pick up from the hotel and return also

Dan was wonderful, entertaining, very knowledgeable and the lunch was the best food in Sicily!!! The entire experience was wonderful, we were treated like family!

Paying 105 euros for what this tour includes is little less than a purpose. The 105 euros includes being picked up, taken to Etna (without climbing), taken to the Throat (entrance fee is 2 euros) and returned to the hotel. Paying 105 euros for that is a disgrace. If you want to get on Etna, you have to pay 80 euros more per person, if you do, 80 euros per person. I think this should be warned and not found when you arrive... Trying local produce will be if you pay for it... Anyway... evidently since you travel, you pay, you don't get to Etna and you stay down but this should be indicated. My rating is basically by the guide Dan, who is a charming, fun and attentive, if I had to evaluate only the exclusion, it would be a 1.
Lamento leer lo que escribiste. Pero si lees atentamente las descripciones de las excursiones, está todo ahí. Recogida y regreso al centro, además de senderismo a 2000 m, además de una visita a una cueva de lava, además de la entrada al Parque del Río Alcántara. Más de 150 km recorridos con nuestro propio vehículo y con un guía ambiental a tu disposición... dime cuánto deberías haber pagado y dónde está el absurdo. En ningún sitio dice que tenemos que llevarte a 3000 m en teleférico; eso es otra excursión, precisamente porque hay un coste adicional que pagar a la empresa que lo gestiona. Dime dónde está la vergüenza... Que tengas un buen día.
I loved walking to the craters, it was like walking on a different planet. The caves were also fun, and we had lunch at a small restaurant in between.

Dani was very friendly and informative would change from Italian to English which I thought was very nice of him made myself feel a little bit more inclusive. Very pretty river at the end of tour. The only thing I wish is we could of gone up higher on Mt etna but it just means I need to come back 😁. All in all was a very fun tour would definitely recommend to friends.
