Ganztägiges Cacheuta Thermal Spa-Privileg mit Verpflegung und Transport

We had a great experience at the Cacheuta thermal spa itself - very relaxing, beautiful scenery, and the most delicious and leisurely lunch. A few things in the listing were a bit misleading for us. First of all, 7-8 hours does not include travel - we were surprised to get to the spa and realize we’d be there until 6pm. That’s lovely to maximize the time, but we hadn’t planned to get back so late (11 hour total experience). Also, the listing had noted there would be an English guide, but the driver and spa coordinator who first met us spoke Spanish, so we missed overview of information and were confused about drop offs on way home. Luckily a helpful woman in our group repeated some of the tour info to us. Overall great experience but knowing some of those expectations would have been helpful for us. Thanks for everything!

Horrible. Confirmed with tour company and Viator the night before regarding place and pickup time (8:45am starting pickup time). Went to the hotel at 8:43am then whatsaap the tour company at 8:52am and asked when is the tour guide coming. Tour company said the pickup is on its way. Whatsaap the tour company again at 9:15am asking them if they knew how many pickups before me but didnt get any answer. Then I whatsaap the tour company at 9:30am and they said they cannot keep hold of the tour guide. I whatsaap them again at 9:50am saying that I have been waiting for an hour and 10 more minutes I will walk back to my Airbnb (12 mins walk). So at the end I contacted Viator to request the refund. Tour company kept texting me saying they could not contact the guide and then later they said they came pick me up. I would suggest anyone if you want to experience this hotspring, contact the resort directly. This tour company is not reliable and unprofessional. Wasting my time and I missed my chance to experience this activity.

It was a total relaxing day, I loved going to know the cashmere baths, take full advantage of the spa and pools.. super recommended to people arriving in mendoza!

The landscape is very beautiful and the experience pleasant. To spend the day with limited capacity of people. We went by car from Mendoza, there were people who had even gone by public transportation. The day includes swimming pools, sauna, mud bath and lunch. Lunch with a predominance of meats, very good, but they open the dining room half an hour earlier than announced and you have to go early, because many cuts of meat run out.

We spent our anniversary with my girlfriend at the cacheuta hot springs, this place is VERY good... we loved getting to know it, the attention they gave us. Everything very good

Great tour! Highly recommended if you are visiting Mendoza. To do with friends, family or alone!!! Do not miss it

I booked a day at the thermal spa with this company, ParaViajantes, almost three weeks before the date of the spa day. They confirmed it right away, and reminded me it was non-cancellable, non-changeable and “all sales are final”. That was completely fine with me. They immediately processed my payment, which was also fine. Then, two weeks later, while on my trip, I received a WhatsApp message from them telling me my confirmed booking had been cancelled because “there was no availability remaining.” I thought this was a mistake, since I’d been booked two weeks earlier and charged. How was there “no availability remaining” if they’d accepted and confirmed my booking 2 weeks earlier? They told me I wasn’t mistaken and that my only option was to book a different tour, such as a horseback ride or whitewater tour. They acted as though all of their tours were interchangeable and that people who chose a spa day would be just as happy switching to a day riding horses. I told them I wasn’t willing to switch and their response was, “tough luck”. They refunded my non-cancellable booking without even an apology. In fact, they even tried to blame the error on TripAdvisor. So, if you book with this shady operator, do so with caution and with fingers crossed that they don’t overbook you and leave you high and dry days before your confirmed, non-cancellable activity. Apparently, non-cancellable and “all sales are final” bookings with these guys only apply to customers, not them.

If you want to relax and escape from Mendoza city, this tour is ideal... we were not planning to do it, but Guido from the agency convinced us, and how well we did in listening to him. We liked it a lot, we had a great time, we ate very delicious, and we enjoyed a whole day relaxing, with beautiful landscapes in the background

We spent a spectacular day with friends at the cacheuta hot springs!! The attention we received from the moment we got on the bus until they returned us to the hotel was excellent!! Recommended agency
