Ganztägiger KHINALUG und die Candy Mountains Tour

I CAN'T ADVISE YOU! I booked this tour tonight, meaning the next morning's trip was due. Everything was paid for and confirmed. But in fact, no one came to pick us up at the specified time of 9 a.m. We started calling in advance, about half an hour in advance, on all the contacts listed, and all to no avail, no one returned texts or calls. Eventually, at the beginning of the 10th morning, we were able to call one of the numbers, and we were told that all the information would be passed on to the manager and come for us. After which we started getting texts saying that it turns out today they don't have a tour, but only tomorrow. The explanation was that they didn't see our reservation because we made it in the evening. Apparently, there's no group but the two of us. We were strictly limited in time, and we couldn't go any other day. And a personal excursion for two costs a lot more. One of the managers, who spoke in Russian, was quite polite, apologized and offered a tour of the old city as a gift. There was no apology for the second one, who spoke in English.

Great tour, well organized, and each site we visited was scenic and beautiful. The guide Samir was knowledgeable and helpful.

The driver and guide were excellent with the driver doing a magnificent job in very difficult driving conditions. The trip exceeded my expectation especially the drive to the village once we came out of the clouds. Amazing views and an interesting old village. Candy mountain was also a good experience. The food at lunchtime in the restaurant park was a very different experience and the food delicious. Samir was an excellent guide who provided us with plenty of interesting information, and his handling of three different language groups was done with great patience and grace

Due to an unexpected and lengthy traffic jam, we got off to a late start. Our guide, Sabina, and driver, Elmar, got everything sorted and we set off on our itinerary. It was a good day and I really liked the five fingers mountain and monastery. The lunch was a bit pricey but delicious. We got to try a lot of different food. It was a good day and Sabina and Elmar were wonderful.

It was a very enjoyable trip and the guide names Riza were a very knowledgeable kind and friendly person we really enjoyed and we will surely book another trip with you❤️

Terlan did a great job setting the tone of the tour. He helped us all in getting comfortable and entertaining our requests. He was very kind and gentle towards everyone. I feel like having a special kind of bond with him in just 12 hours. He kept talking to us although we were the only couple in the group who could understand English.

The tour was amazing. Highly recommend it! The tourist guide Terlan was very knowledgeable, spoke english and russian well, was funny and had good vibes overall.

We went to Khinalyg village and Agaty Mountains! The journey was just wonderful, nature is delightful! The views are amazing. But "cherry on the cake" is your delicious Nigar!!! Wear it in your arms! Learned some interesting things. Travel time passes as a moment and the journey itself with such a guide who has such a huge bag of knowledge is very rare.
