Reiseverlauf

A very nice experience to go on the road with a scooter. We have rented and Vespa GTS Super 125cm3 through its location at Via Pergola, 31, Moniga del Garda, BS, 25080, Italy. The service was fine and handling was very fast. The scooter was in great condition and easy to prepare with two on one scooter. We took the route by shortcut over beautiful mountain slopes and hairpin bends towards Idro. A very nice recommendation.
Beautiful day, efficient service, very well-maintained Vespa, friendly guys!
Because the weather was too bad we unfortunately could not do the tour, the operator did not think it was responsible. Then helped us to cancel the Booking via tripadvisor, money was already in my account the next day. Good and honest service. Unfortunately we could not do the tour on another day because we went on to another destination, otherwise we would certainly have done this.
First, riding around Lago Di Garda on 300cc vespas was the highlight of our stay in the region. Absolutely stunning and wonderful experience. My wife and I each rented our own, and felt safe among the thousands of other bikes on the road. 5/5 Second—the rental process was mostly smooth, with a little flair of Italian disorganization. The Tour app we purchased didn’t work, and they sent us offsite for “better cell signal”…which didn’t fix anything. We ended up using google maps. Third—and in a heartbreaking way—I was super disappointed when the staff charged me €100 for a TINY (1 cm) cosmetic scratch on the helmet box….which I absolutely didn’t create. After considerable disagreement about whether the scratch appeared in the pre-ride video I took of the existing (and significant) damage to the helmet box, they just wouldn’t budge. I’ve ridden motorcycles for 10 years…and I’m positive didn’t create that scratch. Ironically, they attempted to ding my wife for similar damage, but her video more clearly captured the existence of the scratch they accused her of creating during the ride…so she got a pass. One of the few times in my life that I have felt so clearly the victim of nonsense like that…and I’ve rented dozens of cars. TAKE PERFECT IMAGES AND VIDEOS OF EVERY. SINGLE. SCRATCH. Otherwise, you’re on the hook.
Dear Customer, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We are glad that you enjoyed the ride around Lake Garda — it is indeed a highlight for many of our visitors. At the same time, we regret to hear about the frustration you felt during the rental process. We would like to remind you — once again — that our office managers are not the business owners and have no personal interest in charging clients extra fees. They simply follow the corporate rules and procedures that are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for everyone. One of their key responsibilities is to check the technical condition of each scooter upon return and to verify whether any new damage has occurred compared to what is recorded in our database. To avoid exactly these kinds of situations, our managers specifically encourage all clients to take detailed photos and videos of their scooter before the start of the ride. This way, any possible misunderstandings can be resolved quickly and clearly. We sincerely regret that this created a negative impression during what otherwise sounds like a wonderful experience for you. We hope to welcome you again and provide a smoother rental process next time. With kind regards, The Motoragazzi Team
Had a fantastic day. Guys at rental were so helpful with us being not so tech 9.5 hours and 120 miles. Every turn was amazing. So beautiful. Donr forget to take a USB cable for phone!!
Good value for money, Mega had a lot of fun. We would recommend Motoragazzi and would love to repeat it!!
Thank you!
Not a good experience at all. They charged us €350 for a key that fell off their funny key ring, and SAID THEY WOULD REFUND US IF WE FOUND THE KEY. Well, we found the key the next day and returned the following morning and they would not refund us. To respond to them below, they have a shop full of scooters both days of our visit and did not have enough customers to need that extra scooter...
Dear Thomas, It was exactly as you say. You found the key after two (!) days. During those two days, the scooter was not available for reservation and we could not provide it to other customers. In addition, we ordered a new key which is expensive. So we have suffered losses twice - from the downtime of the scooter and on the production of new keys. The penalty in case of lost keys is stated on our website and in the rental agreement you signed. We have acted in a perfectly correct manner. We are sorry, but we cannot cover all losses caused by customers carelessness. Yes, we may have a lot of scooters in our offices, but not all of them are insured and can be used every day. It depends on the season. The only thing we can do for you is to provide a 10% discount on your future scooter rentals. Hope to see you again.
They gave us a broken scooter. All up in the mountains it stopped working. There was no way of turning it back on. We called the office several times, they told us to wait didn’t offer any service or help. We found a stranger who was zo kindly to help us. Trying to fix the scooter, we checked everything but nothing worked. After two 2 hours it turned back on. We immediate went back down, because of course we were afraid that it would stop again. We explained what happened. Staff was extremely arrogant and acting like we were lying. Eventually he offered a voucher as compensation. But we already told him our holiday was over and we had no time. I cannot believe how you take care of a company and your service like this. Will tell everyone to avoid this horrible company!!!!!
Dear Celine, We understand your frustration, but it's no excuse to say things that aren't true. Your scooter was new and not broken. Vespa Primavera has an air-cooled motor. Sometimes (especially when riding non-stop uphill on very warm day with two adult persones on it) it can overheat. In this case, the control system stops the motor. Our manager has explained to you in good English that you only need to wait 20-30 minutes for the motor to cool down. Two hours is out of the question here. You could continue driving after half an hour maximum. It was useless to send our roadside assistance to you. Because it would have taken more than two hours for them to come far into the mountains where you were.
Friendly guests, fair prices, neat and decent scooters. We have rented the 125 and 300cc. Not the Vespas. Reason good, good phone holders, neat helmets, etc
It was awesome! Great service, super nice staff! We were lost and arrived too late - it was no problem! A really great day on Vespa!
