Bezirk Cihangir Beyoğlu. Dieses Viertel ist eines der ältesten Viertel in Istanbul. Was macht diesen Ort so besonders? Vor allem der Galataturm ist hier. Darüber hinaus gibt es in diesem Viertel zwei Gesichter, eines ist die touristischste Seite, das andere ist bei Touristen weniger bekannt. Das andere wichtige Merkmal des Viertels ist, dass es uns an Europa erinnert: seine Ruhe, seine Gebäude, Strukturen und berühmten Menschen, die normalerweise dort leben usw. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss.
Unser zweiter Halt ist Üsküdar. Es gibt viele Dinge, die dieses Viertel so wichtig machen, aber das Wichtigste ist der Leanderturm. Hier können wir in einem netten Café sitzen und den Leanderturm beobachten, während wir auf der gegenüberliegenden Aussichtsterrasse, die für die Einheimischen gebaut wurde, Tee trinken.
Kuzguncuk ist der einzige Ort in Istanbul, an dem Einheimische und berühmte Persönlichkeiten zusammenleben und wo Nachbarschaftssolidarität herrscht. Die Menschen, die hier leben, sind wie eine Familie in sich. Ein weiteres Merkmal dieses Viertels ist, dass es in vielen türkischen Serien verwendet wurde. Das allgemeine Thema dieser Reihe besteht darin, dem Publikum die Nachbarschaftssolidarität zu erklären.
Nach unserem morgendlichen Rundgang, der etwa 4 Stunden dauern wird, gibt es einige Restaurants, die für das Mittagessen und eine Pause bevorzugt werden. Was diese Restaurants so wichtig macht, ist vor allem, dass es köstliche türkische Gerichte gibt, man eine unglaubliche Aussicht hat, wir können nach dem Essen optional die Möwen füttern und Fotos mit den Möwen machen. Das Füttern der Möwen hat in Istanbul Tradition. In letzter Zeit erfreut sich das Füttern von Möwen bei Touristen immer größerer Beliebtheit.
Nach unserem Mittagessen gehen wir zum Arasta-Basar, einem kleinen großen Basar, auf dem Sie Schmuck, Geschenke usw. kaufen können. Wir werden Gelegenheit haben, das Viertel Sultanahmet zu besichtigen. In der Zwischenzeit werden wir unseren Reisenden auf diesem Weg begleiten.
Der letzte Punkt ist die Raki-Nacht. Optional können wir mit unseren Reisenden eine Raki-Nacht verbringen. Oder ich kann ihnen einen Ort für den Raki-Abend vorschlagen. Raki ist ein Alkohol, den Türken in lokalen Restaurants zum geselligen Beisammensein in der Regel zu Fisch konsumieren. Unsere Reisenden können in diesen Restaurants so viel Zeit verbringen, wie sie möchten.

Wir treffen uns mit Reisenden in ihrem Hotel, in ihrem Apartment oder wo auch immer sie in der Nähe von Sultanahmet (blaue Moschee) oder Eminönü übernachten. Wer sich weit weg von diesen Bezirken (Sultanahmet und Eminönü) aufhält, kann sich auf dem Sultanahmet-Platz (Platz der blauen Moschee) und dem Eminönü-Kadiköy-Pier (Eminönü Kadıköy iskelesi) treffen.

I found Mustafa in an instagram post. From the beginning he was super kind to me and he gave me his help even without knowing if I should provide his services or not. Finally we booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel. A dinner cruise with hotel pickup and drop-off and a private tour of the Asian side of the city. Without a doubt Mustafa deserves a 12 out of 10. We have traveled throughout the Asian part of Istanbul visiting local places. We had a wonderful meal and he is also an excellent photographer. We booked the Full Day Tour through Istanbul and it was perfectly organized! We visited the local popular spots here in Istanbul, e. g. Gala-Tower, Kuzguncuk, Maiden‘s Tower, Bosporus, Beyoglu! We saw Istanbul by an other side and Mustafa explained a lot of the history Istanbuls! We would book another trip if we want to go to Istanbul again! Absolutelly recommend!!!

I found Mustafa online and booked 2 day tours on behalf of my parents who visited Istanbul for their first time (they are in their 70s so not too great with technology) Mustafa was reliable and would keep in contact with me and send me pictures of them while on the tour , he also tailored the tours to suit them avoiding places that maybe too hilly and listening to what they like. I highly recommend and how to use Mustafa should I visit Istanbul with my family sometime soon I hope !
