Ganztägige Lagoinha Beach Tour von Fortaleza

Most beautiful Meireles beach, nicer people and a huge fair very well put. The nicest bars on the beach, with loungers, cuter than the others

I want to leave my complaint registered and request the refund, on the tour to Lagoinha, on 17/01/25, with the operator FORTALEZA DREAM TOUR, who did not perform the service and does not want to return our money We arrived well before the agreed time, and we stayed waiting for 1h and did not leave the venue. We were at the correct address, we confirmed the day before. We tried to call, we sent a message and no answer. The owner of the operator, Jaqueline, said that the guide passed by and did not see us and detail, did not want to inform the name of the guide. They did not pass, because we were before the agreed time, we stayed more than 1 hour in the place and we did not leave there, there is no way not to have seen us in the place. They said it was called and there was no connection. They didn't want our money back! I would like TripAdvisor to take measures, since the operator in question has not performed the service and has not yet returned our money saying that it was us who gave the at the show, and they did not come to pick us up! It's unfortunate! They ruined our ride and, moreover, they didn't return our money, which wasn't cheap. Indignant! Laura.

I marked my tour for January 17. We showed up at the location and date specified after the confirmation, but the operator did not show up. Since the same does not answer me for messages and the mobile number indicated in the contact does not complete the call, I request the refund through the evaluation box so that the company can view.

We had a bad experience on a previous trip which was booked in English, but was actually a protugese one, even though we paid extra for the english tour. So in order to not happen again, we we booked the english tour and made sure with the agency that we also get an english speaking guide, and this time it worked. The guide (Adriana) was very helpful, explaining the situations and options that we had. The beach itself did not impress us, particularly there is a half finished huge and ugly concrete building (apparently a hotel) spoiling the entire view of the beach. Also , the currents were very strong, so you had to be very careful when getting in to the water. So we paid extra for the ~2 hours round trip tour on , which is on buggy+boat+truck. I would say is a must if you want to see something. Especially the first (buggy) and second (boat) offsite lakes with the hammocks in the water, are very nice. Given the short time and number of tourists, it is pretty much a rush-through tour, with little time to relax. Nonetheless, if you are here first time, I would recommend it. At the far (eastern / right) end of the beach there are nice palm trees and photo spots ( see pictures). Meals at the restaurants were already priced for two persons, which was OK for us (couple). They were also pretty good. There are lockers at the restaurant where you can save your belongings if you want to go in the water or just stroll around.

It was incredible, unforgettable. We loved the tour and will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Sensational trip
