Ganztägige Kreuzfahrt zur Blauen Lagune (Paphos nach Latchi) – Sea Star

I have had a terrible experience with this company, we booked at Paphos harbour direct with the company. We were told we’d be collected at 7:50am. We were at the meeting point outside our hotel and by 8:10 there was nothing so we called them and they said we are getting collected at 9:25am and they got the time wrong so I was already a bit weary of them. After the boat trip had finished, I was told I would need to make my own way back to my hotel from Paphos harbour even though they had picked me up from my hotel this morning. Both staff said my hotels name wasn’t on the list and they refused to drive there even though I paid good money for this trip. Another lady had the same issue and was promised she’d be dropped at her hotel and the bus drivers said no they wouldn’t do it to which she replied ‘oh great, more lies’ this just proves that this company is cheep and want to scam people for their money. The miscommunication and lack of willingness to provide the paid for service from the lazy coach drivers means I highly recommend you don’t use this company and find an alternative.

We had a lovely day overall, and the boat itself was great. The guy we booked with was supposedly the boss. When we arrived that morning, I had to explain that 8 adults had let us down, so only 22 of us turned up. You could clearly see the disappointment on his face. He then told us that the people above him had said he should have collected the money the day before. That was confusing, considering he had told us he was the boss. After he'd finished sulking, we finally paid and got on the boat. We were promised a BBQ lunch and a stop at Turtle Bay, but neither happened. The food we were given was nice, but we were disappointed not to receive the BBQ lunch that had been advertised. We also weren't told that we'd be returning to our accommodation by bus from a harbour around 45 minutes away. As you can imagine, that was frustrating, especially after being on an all-inclusive boat trip and then having to sit on a bus with no toilet. Overall, it was a lovely day out and the boat was excellent. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the misleading information we were given when booking. We enjoyed the trip, but we expected what had been promised.

The boat crew were nice and welcoming. The boat was clean and the bar had a variety of drinks. The meal was poor and tasteless, needs improvement. The return bus ride took an hour. You need to catch a day without many people or it will be crowded on board.

Real shame as we expected more as we did the sunset cruise which was fab. The 6 hour Blue Lagoon tour was not value for money at all€158 for two people. It advertised entertainment and a BBQ. Which did not happen ! food was rubbish and a real disappointment. Book with someone else as I spoke to the operator today to ask for a part refund to no avail. Their office is opposite Princess Vera hotel. Real let down and waste of money

Waste of money, the blue lagoon looked exactly like the rest of the sea, the boat didn’t take us close enough to shore, the food was terrible, cold, soggy and the delicious deserts were a banana chopped in half, you had to laugh at the whole experience but for 79 euros it’s a rip off

We are on holiday as a family of 7. Myself and my husband, a 19 year old and three 18 year olds and an 11 year old We wanted to do a boat trip and visited the harbour to see what was available. We explained to the agent what we wanted and decided on the blue lagoon day cruise which was all inclusive. We explained that we had a child who was a fussy eater and was promised that there would be chicken nuggets or a beef burger available. We were also promised an all inclusive bar and food for the adults. When we arrived, we got on the boat and all started fine, however, my 19 year old son got told that he had to be 20 to drink alcohol which then ruled out the 4 teenagers being able to have a drink. Furthermore there was no food as promised for the fussy eater who ended up eating bread and butter. The trip cost £450 which for what we got was appalling. The food wasn’t great. It was nice day out but the false promises made to get us to book and what we received was far apart and not worth the money paid. I would urge people to be very careful when booking and do not listen to the sales pitch. The reality is far different

We attended the boat trip today as a group of 4 adults and a child. We could not fault the crew at all and they were amazing with my daughter, who was the youngest on board. The sea was very choppy (which the forecast did not predict and said it was going to be calm!) and this did cause a few problems and when my daughter became ill, they could not have been more attentive. We had ample time at each swim stop and we were kept well fed, with breakfast, lunch and cake and fruit for afternoon snack provided. Drinks were also well stocked and easily accessible. It's just a shame we couldn't take full advantage due to the choppiness making us feel a bit queasy! But this was completely out of control of the staff and we could still see some beautiful parts of the island. We would definitely recommend this trip!

We had a lovely time on the sea star from paphos to latsi. The crew were great, talking to everyone and offering help wherever they thought it was needed. The swim sessions were both 1 hr long at coral bay and the blue lagoon..the sea was warm and inviting. The bar was staffed well, no-one was waiting long for drinks and the standard of the food exceeded expectations. Overall the cruise was well worth the money and we hope to do it again next September. The only thing that let it down was the coach transfer back to paphos..it wasn't clear which coach everyone should be on and it was uncomfortably hot..the air conditioning was non existant..if they sort the coaches out I am sure it would improve a great number of their reviews.

The cruise from Paphos Harbour to Latchi was great, enjoyed it thoroughly, great weather, great scenery and the food and drink were good. The trip back on the coach however was horrendous. The coach driver threw the coach around at speeds not suitable for that size of vehicle. It culminated in the coach hitting another vehicle. The experience was unsettling and totally spoiled what was up until then a wonderful day.
