Nehmen Sie an unserer Tour teil und erkunden Sie die berühmtesten Tempel des Angkor-Komplexes bei einer geführten Tagestour mit einem professionellen Reiseleiter. Bewundern Sie die antike Stadt des Khmer-Reiches, die lächelnden Gesichter des Bayon-Tempels und den Dschungeltempel von Ta Prohm, genießen Sie das lokale Essen und wandern Sie anschließend auf den Berg Phnom Bakheng, um den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

Sie werden zwischen 8:00 und 8:30 Uhr von Ihrem Hotel abgeholt und begeben sich direkt zum Kauf des Angkor-Passes. Anschließend begeben wir uns zu einem der Juwelen Kambodschas, dem beeindruckenden Angkor Thom, der befestigten „Großen Königsstadt“, die im 12. Jahrhundert von König Jayavarman VII. erbaut wurde. Am Südtor können wir die imposante Statue von Avalokiteshvara sehen, die im Tomb Raider-Film erscheint. Der nächste Besuch ist der Bayon-Tempel im buddhistischen Stil, der mit Hunderten von Gesichtern aus Stein geschmückt ist. Erkunden Sie auch die Terrasse der Elefanten, den ehemaligen Königspalast, Phimeanakas, die Terrasse des Leprakönigs und den Baphoun-Tempel. Er gilt als der größte Hindu-Tempel in Stadt Angkor Thom.
Anschließend fahren wir zum Ta-Prohm-Tempel, der in seinem ursprünglichen Zustand belassen wurde und teilweise mit Bäumen und riesigen Wurzeln bewachsen ist. Es diente auch als Kulisse für den Film Tomb Raider mit Angelina Jolie.
Genießen Sie Ihr Mittagessen in einem lokalen Restaurant, das von einem örtlichen Chef zubereitet wird, vor Sras Srang, das als königliches Schwimmbad bekannt ist.
Am Nachmittag beginnen Sie mit der Besichtigung des faszinierenden Angkor Wat, dem größten heiligen Gebäude der Welt und einer Ikone der Khmer-Zivilisation. Es wurde von König Suyavarman erbaut und ist dem Hindu-Gott Vishnu gewidmet. Es enthält Hunderte von Dekorationen, die die Wände bedecken, und das längste Flachrelief der Welt. Es ist von einem riesigen Wassergraben umgeben und seine fünf Türme sind Teil der kambodschanischen Flagge. Von oben kann man den beeindruckenden und dichten Dschungel sehen.
Klettern Sie zum Sonnenuntergang auf den Berg Phnom Bakheng.
Transfer zurück zu Ihrem Hotel im Stadtzentrum von Siem Reap.

A great tour, highly recommend. Its a long day but you get to see the stunning angkor wat temple and others with this full day tour.great informative guide in Raman. Small mini van transported us between temples but really hot walking in morning and afternoon sun. Good transportation which we were really glad of as walking was kept to within the temples. A small group and only 5 in ours. Plenty of bottles of water provided and twice some lovely cold had towels. Lunch was really good - you only pay for drinks. We also stopped to see rice cakes (with coconut centre) being made and we had one (included) A walk up to the viewing point/temple for sunset. You don't have to walk up if you don't want to but we did and the sunset was lovely even though it had been a fairly cloudy late afternoon. Very hot so make sure you use and bring plenty of sunscreen and mosquito spray.

A fantastic tour of the Angkor Wat temples and surrounding area. Our guide Sam and his driver were very knowleagable of the history and details of this magnificent site. He speaks perfect English and is very patient and attentive to his guests. The tour went for 10 hours and was very interesting. We all loves Sam's humour. Thank you for a memorable day

Fully recommended tour. 2-days with Sotin was a real benefit. He guided us through the temples with a deep knowledge of the temple history and many explanations. A very flexible planning of our tour was a real benefit. If we visit Angkor again Sotin will be our must have guide!!!
