Ganztägige Gruppenreise der Küste Montenegros von Dubrovnik aus

Beschreibung
Will sehen?

Reiseverlauf

we liked the experience a lot johana and milan were very kind and always attentive to whatever we needed, this excursion in our opinion offers enough time to get to know montenegro
A really good day .Our guide Carmen was enthusiastic , knowledgeable funny and full of life person.she took good care of us !! She worked hard to get us through border control and kept us informed of everything on..the driver Ilhja (?) was a safe and steady driver a really good teams thoroughly recommend
The driver messaged the day before for pickup 30 minutes earlier at 6:30 in the morning. He was late picking us up. The tour was in English and Spanish. We had to hear all the commentary twice. The air conditioning wasn’t working well on the bus so it was very hot the whole day.
The tour was too short to be enjoyed. Website stipulated before booking online that it will be a 11-12 hours tour but it turned out to just 6 hrs. Chose an English Only speaking tour but turned out to be little English n many Spanish! The poor guide fm Argentina had to speak English n then immediately spoke Spanish in soo many words that she was literally talking non-stop ! Her knowledge was unfortunately not at par as she was reading her info on her phone !
It was very disappointing that our guide didn’t know that we were scheduled for and PAID for another leg to our trip. We were shorted full three hours of touring due to poor communication from the office. I want a refund, at least a partial one. Our tickets included a panorama drive around Kotor Bay, and a ferry ride across heading back to Dubrovnik. It didn’t happen. She was told nothing of this, even after checking twice with manager. Very disappointing!!
Good day, we took this tour on 6/9/2026 and your advertisement for this tour is misleading, it states that it will be a boat ride in the Kotor Bay and continue with a bus ride back to Dubrovnik (see stop #4) This didn’t happen and the tour guide and driver said the only thing they require to do is to take us to Kotor and back, NO BOAT RIDES. I would expect some type of a refund for the miss information, thank you
Horrible Experience. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS COMPANY I scheduled directly with the "Deep green travel team". They had poor communication, didn't specify pick up time or location until I inquired the night before, and most importantly did not deliver on the tour itinerary. We selected to take the boat option to see (1) island Our lady of the rocks (2) perast and (3) Kotor. We we left alone to wait for the boat for an hour in the rain. Once we did board the boat, the "snack and beverages" provided were Raki and fried sardines - half the boat threw them away. We did NOT stop at Perast. There was no tour information given on the boat. My husband and I feel like we wasted our time and money. When I contacted the tour company to address my concerns, they argued back and forth that "you did not get to see less of Montenegro". The tour company didn't complete the scheduled itinerary. Don't ruin your trip like we did. Choose a different tour company
Amazing trip amazing country would highly recommend the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable
Carmen was an excellent guide, very cordial. The excellent tour. My hotel was not on the pickup list, but they can look for you in Pile Gate, at the tourist office. I wrote on WhatsApp to the reservation number to confirm and they responded very quickly.
Our driver was very competent and told us a lot about the history of Dubrovnik and Croatia during the trip. He speaks a very understandable English and is a good driver. Our guide in Kotor tried very hard to understand funny but sometimes bad
