Ungefähre Abholzeit: 8:45 Uhr. Treffpunkt: Hostal Transilvania. Bitte kommen Sie herein und sagen Sie einem der Mitarbeiter, dass Sie darauf warten, für den Dschungelausflug abgeholt zu werden. Route: 1. Ca. 2 ½ Stunden Fahrt. 2. Machen Sie einen ca. 45-minütigen Spaziergang durch den Dschungel. Sie erhalten Informationen über traditionelle Pflanzen und haben die Möglichkeit, das Lianenspiel zu üben (z. B. Tarzan). 3. Wir besuchen den Wasserfall Hola Vida, in dem Sie schwimmen können. 4. Ca. 15-20 Minuten Kanufahrt auf dem Fluss 5. Besuchen Sie die indische Gemeinschaft, 1,50 $ pro Person. Wir werden das „Selvatana“ üben und etwas Chicha (typisches indisches Getränk) probieren. Menschen aus der indischen Gemeinschaft werden Ihr Gesicht mit Kriegermotiven bemalen, wir werden Zeuge eines typischen indischen Tanzes. 6. Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus Sie den ganzen Dschungel um sich herum sehen und eine große Schaukel genießen können. 6. Sie besuchen einen Ort, an dem Sie den Herstellungsprozess von Schokolade aus Kakaobohnen beobachten können. 7. Zurück in Baños ca. um 20 Uhr.

Nach einer zweieinhalbstündigen Fahrt erreichten wir das Reservat Hola Vida. Wir machen einen etwa 45-minütigen Spaziergang durch den Dschungel, Sie erhalten Informationen über traditionelle Pflanzen und haben die Möglichkeit, das Lianenspiel zu üben (wie Tarzan). Wir besuchen den Wasserfall Hola Vida, in dem Sie schwimmen können. Dann verbrachten wir ungefähr 15 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Kanu im Fluss. Später würden wir die Indianergemeinschaft besuchen, hier können Sie einige domestizierte Dschungeltiere sehen, 1,50 $ pro Person. Wir werden das „Selvatana“ üben und etwas Chicha (typisches indisches Getränk) probieren. Menschen aus der indischen Gemeinschaft werden Ihr Gesicht mit Kriegermotiven bemalen, wir werden Zeuge eines typischen indischen Tanzes. Danach gehen wir zu einem Aussichtspunkt, von dem aus Sie den ganzen Dschungel um sich herum sehen können, und genießen eine große Schaukel. Später besuchen Sie einen Ort, an dem Sie den Prozess der Schokoladenherstellung aus Kakaobohnen beobachten können. In dieser Gegend wachsen Kakaofrüchte. Danach machen wir uns auf den Rückweg nach Baños, ca. Ankunftszeit 20 Uhr.

This tour was Great fun. We walked in the jungle, and swam in a waterfall. The guide was nice and told us many things about plants and animals. We also visited a local Indian community and learned about their life. The canoe ride was nice. It was a long day packed with lots of interesting activites, highly recommended!

It is a great day ! Like most trips having small change is useful. Many activities for one day it was non stop. During the canoe ride most stayed very dry....not ours. I should have left my phone with my bag and wore the rubber boats provided.

We selected the full day Jungle tour by recommendation of our hotel. We wanted a small group, there were five of us. The service was great, the equipment was in good shape and met our needs. We had to pay in cash, so be prepared. The driver was careful and met our needs for bathroom breaks. The guide knew good English, and told us a lot about the jungle, we managed to see a lot considering it is only one day, we loved the lunch and most of all the Indian village experience, highly recommended!

Great option to see a little of the Ecuadorian Jungle, it was only one day, but there were lots of things to do and see, the guide spoke English and was very knowlodgable, we had a great time, thank you pablo for this great experience.

Booked an English tour. I was the only person who spoke English. It wasn't terrible got to practice my Spanish but feel like I missed out on a lot of info. Just about every place offers this same tour. I would recommend booking through your hostel rather than through here.

I booked the tour because it says in three separate places that the guide will be bilingual. It turns out my guide and everyone else on the tour only spoke Spanish. I had no idea what was going on and was unable to learn anything about the jungle or indigenous people because of the language barrier. I was also unprepared for all activities because I couldn’t understand the instructions. They take you to cool places, but If you don’t speak Spanish well and being able to communicate with the guide and fellow travelers is important to you I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
We do have an English speaking guide, by mistake you ended up with the Spanish speaking group, we would make sure this would not happen again Thank you for the review, safe and Happy travel
I really enjoyed the Full Day Jungle Tour! Our tour guide was amazing (one of the best I have ever had in my life), and the schedule of the day worked quite well. I had a lot of fun, I felt safe the whole time, and I highly recommend this tour for anybody in or near Baños!

This trip was excellent value for money. I really wanted to get to see the Amazon while I was in Ecuador but couldn't afford to do a multi-day trip so I was really happy to find this one-day jungle tour. From the 'rope of death' to the visit to the Yasuni village, canoeing on the river and making chocolate, there's something for everyone. Highly recommended!
