Patrick is a lovely gentleman and a great tour guide. The Game of Thrones museum is a must go to for anyone who’s a fan of the show or has only heard of the show. The studio shows from beginning of design to end and you won’t be disappointed.

The bus left early. They left us behind and refused to refund us the cost of tickets We were very disappointed
During our time in Dublin, we took three tours with Viator. The first two were great. This last one to the studio? It was bad. First let me clarify that the studio was amazing and worth visiting. The poor review is for our “tour guide.” I don’t even know his name because he never provided it. Our other trips arrived 15 minutes before departure. He arrived at 10am when we were to leave. He didn’t greet the bus as we departed, discuss anything regarding the tour, or talk to us during the trip. The only point he communicated with us was when we were boarding for our return because apparently he had already started getting bad reviews. He missed a turn and went down a narrow one way road, which subsequently took nearly a half hour to slowly back up on to get back to the motorway. Not once did he communicate to the group what was going on, or that he missed a turn, or apologize. The bus was kept frigid, and I assume he liked the cold as he was wearing shorts and short sleeves while everyone else was shivering under coats. The bus was supposed to have WiFi, the other two did and this bus had signs saying it did. No WiFi. We weren’t told if it was out of service or anything. As I said the only time he talked to us as was when we were boarding for our return, at which point he said sorry for taking a wrong turn and losing us a half hour at the studio. Since I don’t have his name, the tour was the 10am tour from Dublin to the Game of Thrones studio on September 15. I don’t want to get people in trouble, but we paid for a nice trip and I’m sorry to say it wasn’t because of this driver.

Loved loved loved it! Lunch took a hot minute, so skip it till the end so you have plenty of time to see everything and browse the GOT gift shop !! Dublin pick up and return was so convenient!!

Great tour! We took the travel package from Dublin to the studios, then on to Belfast. Our tour/drive was THE BEST! He made 2 and a half hours feel like 10 minutes, explaining part of Irish history to us! He really made us want to take the bus back to Dublin to continue listening to him. The tour at the studios was great. We liked walking around at our own pace, and we found it pretty cool how things are displayed.

The bus was a bus. Clean and straightforward. We took a good two hours to explore the museum. Get your picture on the throne in the gift shop. The Easter egg hunt find the Starbucks cup in the photos. Enjoy.

1.5 hour transfer by bus from Dublin. But worth the ride. Tour had a lot of wonderful props and costumes. Some interactive stuff that was fun. Great tour that took about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.

Great Tour. I also enjoyed the AI video of me on the back of a dragon. The driver (Frank) was excellent and even provided interesting information on Ireland on the way there and back.
