Es sind 250 Kilometer vor uns, und die Gäste haben mehrere Stopps, Stopps mit Ausflügen und Mittagessen.
Der erste Halt ist nicht weit von der Stadt Khirdalan, der südöstlichsten Stadt Europas, neben Baku. Shamakhi, die alte Hauptstadt des mittelalterlichen schirischen Staates, ist ein Schlüsselzentrum der aserbaidschanischen Poesie und Weinherstellung. Während des Besuchs werden die Gäste die Juma-Moschee erkunden, eine monumentale Struktur, die mit alten erdbebenbeständigen Techniken gebaut wurde. Als ältester muslimischer Tempel im Kaukasus aus dem Jahr 743 bietet die Moschee Einblick in die Geschichte des Islam in Aserbaidschan und die eigene faszinierende Vergangenheit der Moschee. Nach dem Besuch geht die Reise weiter über den malerischen Mugan Mountain Pass, eine klassische Route des Großen Kaukasus, die nordwestlich in die Ismayilli-Region führt.
Gabala, die Hauptstadt des Distrikts Gabala, war einst das Zentrum des alten Königreichs Kaukasien-Albanien. Heute ist es ein beliebtes Skigebiet, das Besucher des renommierten Hotels "Tufandag" begrüßt. Auf diesem Gelände erwarten Sie Skipisten und eine Seilbahn, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und den zentralen Bereich der Stadt bietet. Die Seilbahnfahrt bringt Sie auf den Gipfel des Dornröschenbergs (Yatmysh Gezel), der auf fast zweitausend Metern über dem Meeresspiegel liegt und einen atemberaubenden Höhepunkt des Besuchs darstellt.
Eingebettet in das atemberaubende Große Kaukasusgebirge und umgeben von endlosen Wäldern, ist das "Seven Beauties" eine wunderschöne Wasserfallkaskade, die sich friedlich und privat anfühlt. Seinen Namen hat dieser Ort von den sieben Wasserfällen, von denen jeder seine eigene Höhe und Steilheit hat und auf Schritt und Tritt atemberaubende Ausblicke bietet. In der Gegend von Vandam in der Nähe von Gabala gelegen, können Besucher den Wasserfällen nahe kommen, den sanften Nebel auf ihrer Haut spüren und die ruhige Atmosphäre genießen, die sie umgibt. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, um zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Natur zu schätzen.
Lake Nohur. Ein würdiger Abschluss der Reise, die das Baku-Gabala-Tourpaket bietet, ist ein Halt am Ufer eines bunten Bergsees. Gabala is lovely. Tufandag resort is breathtaking! Nohur Lake, Shooting club are the other activities we did. The amusement park was closed as it's winter. The Meyseri wineyard was completely blanketed in snow. But we got the tour of the winery - it has state-of-the-art equipment. We also tasted their wines, facilitated by their charming host. The Alpaca are adorable and we had a brief tour of their farm. The overall drive to and from Gabala is very scenic, and made memorable due to the snow covered landscape.
