Sobald Sie das Ankunftsterminal verlassen, werden Sie nach Ricardo Garcia mit einem grünen Poloshirt mit der Aufschrift „Taxi-Shuttle/COZUSHUTTLE“ Ausschau halten. Er wird ein Foto von Ihrem Ausweis machen und Sie auffordern, einen Serviceauftrag zu unterzeichnen, damit sie Tickets für den Ein- und Ausstieg ausstellen kann.

It was easy. The people were nice and professional. The driver was prompt and efficient. Got us to our place safely and in good time.
Our flight was delayed, so we didn’t make our transfer. I tried messaging, but no response, and no other way to contact or reschedule.
Worked out beautifully. I suggest this as it was so easy. I’ve booked w them before and will do it again.
When I picked a time and completed the checkout process the system changed the time to 11:00p, when I called to correct it they said there was nothing they could do and the reservation was nonrefundable.... the system let me pick a time which was unavailable and didn't say a thing, but I got there at the time I wanted and got on the shuttle anyway, there WAS room
I booked my ride from the airport with CozuShuttle and it was a great experience. The representatives were very helpful and easy to locate. Our driver was friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed our conversations in the van with other vacationers. Overall, I would highly recommend this to others traveling to Cozumel for an extended stay.
The drive was good and the driver courteous. We paid twice as much fore a shared ride from the airport to our resort as we did for a private taxi ride from the resort back to the airport.
The van was packed. Even three riders in the front. The air conditioner was not working this is overpriced
Smooth transportation. Reasonably priced. Good to pre-book. No complaints. Good to share. Found via Internet. Hardest part, finding ding 100 characters to make review.
The ticket trip advisor provided did not say Cozushuttle on it and the driver refused to honor it when we arrived at the hotel. Cozushuttle seems good with shuttles running often from airport. But trip advisor needs to clean this booking process up.
Easy to find the Shuttle. Polite driver. Excellent service. Surely I will contact TRIPADVISOR for my next booking. Thank you.
