Raft Calderas River, ein klarer grüner Fluss, der durch den unberührten kolumbianischen Regenwald rinnt. Beginnen Sie das Abenteuer in Medellin und fahren Sie 2 Stunden zur Playa Loca in der Gemeinde Cocorna über die Autobahn Medellin-Bogota. Dort bereiten wir die Boote für das 2,5-stündige Floß im Fluss Calderas mit Stromschnellen der Klasse III / IV und wunderschönen Wasserfällen vor. Wir machen einen Zwischenstopp um Snacks zu sich zu nehmen und genießen den Fluss, den wir mit dem Rafting fortsetzen, bis wir unseren Zielpunkt in der Calderas Brücke erreichen. Dieses Rafting-Erlebnis ist mehr als nur das Paddeln von Wildwasser, es ist eine faszinierende Reise in das Herz des unberührtesten Regenwaldes Kolumbiens.

What an experience!! Pure adrenaline! The guide Fabian was great- enthusuastic and very friendly! Great guide!! Easy to talk to! Will do this again! Just thrilling exciting and the beauty of the nature!!
I had such an exhilarating day with Fabian el Mago! When he first picked us up he was so friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. He was nice and informative. He also happens to free flow reggaeton extremely well! He was there at every moment to help with something, if needed. I didn't realize that I couldn't carry anything with me during the paragliding, and he was able to hold on to my things for me. He took several photos of me taking off. What an experience! I have never run to the edge of a cliff thousands of feet up in the air and jumped off before. What a great time! He also took us white water rafting at a secondary location. He waited in the car for hours while we were gone. He was fun to talk to and fun to listen to. Fabian also showed us some cool magic tricks. Very impressive! I would recommend Fabian El Mago as a guide to anyone who is interested in having an incredible experience in Medellín.
Great activity to get to know the rivers around Cartagena. The staff was very friendly, especially Fabian the person who took care of us. It kept us very entertained explaining the wonders of Colombia.
I had a great time. The scenery paddling down the river was simply beautiful and the rapids were gnarly! Fabian is a fantastic guide with enormous positivity, enthusiasm and energy!
Rafting and guide - 5 stars. He was excellent and the river was super fun! One of the better white rafting trips I have done! Driver and staff via WhatsApp- 3 stars. They changed our pickup time 8pm the night before. The driver was a bad driver lot of swerving and he didn’t pick us up from the take out point he was 45 minutes late left us cold and wet and didn’t give us any snacks so no food like described. Whoever mans the WhatsApp responded but never followed back up at all at the time of time writing this review.
Hi. Thanks for writing and left your review, but it's very important to be clear with all the exact facts. 1. One day before we asked to you to start earlier because our rafting guides were limited due low season and we needed to attend groups in the morning and afternoon, so we talked to you and you accepted doing it in the morning. 2. Your Driver was Fabian, he has more than 200 5 stars reviews here that you can check, but unfortunately this days there was a landslide near to the ending rafting point and this one changed and fabian didn't know the exact point, so he got lost for many minutes. This area is a very big zone with a lot of off-road paths. For this, we apologize, anyone can make mistakes but and the same time traveleres must have a little of empathy, something you apparently you haven't. 3. The service on WhatsApp was on time, even at the moment we were in the middle of the jungle trying to get signal, and immediately we called the guides to check what happened, and they told us everything was ok, but main driver got lost, thats all. Even we keep talking until the night. 4. About the food you said, we offered little snacks an the middle of the river, but because rain we decided not to stop and due the hard traffic to arrive to the point we lost several minutes, so at the end we gave you some beers and the idea was to stop in a restaurant that you can buy food because was early to get it, but you refuse to stop and drive directly to your hotel. You told us in whatsapp you haven't gotten food from 8am to 4pm and that's not true because Fabian all the time asked to you for anything you need? He stopped for the restroom, you bought food in the morning, and you didn't want to stop for lunch. You we do rush to go to medellin because you have a reservation in the night and that added to our operation some stress to do things at time and unfortunately, instead to help, we ended making mistakes, again our apologies. 5. You can read more than 1000 reviews and our service is impeccable, but sometimes there are things that we can not control. In this case, yes, we make a mistake getting lost on the road, the rest is the attitude and empathy that people can have under some situation, in this case you haven't. Thanks again for choosing us

Great experience from pick up to drop off. We had a lovely driver named Jorge who drove us about 2 hours from our hotel to the rafting spot. For the final few km, we hopped in a 4WD pick up truck to descend to the riverbed of the Calderas River. We had to walk a short way down a rocky road and then a narrow, muddy path through the tropical forest. Sandals with a heel strap are recommended. This was a serious and fun river run! It started off calmly and ramped up to multiple class V rapids! We didn’t see other rafts or humans for the entire 11km journey! We saw gold panning equipment along the river, but hardly any other signs of human life for 2 hours! Lots of beautiful flora and water birds along the way. The team, including another Jorge, Livardo, and the driver was professional. They gave us the requisite safety talk and instructions, helped us secure our belongings, and were very friendly. Midway, they treated us to a beautiful spread on giant banana leaves including pineapple, trail mix, bocadillos, corn cake, cacao, and mango juice. We all passed out on the ride back to Medellin. It was a day that will forever be planted in our wonderful memories of Colombia! Highly recommend.
