Die Bucht von Santa Cruz war der wichtigste Hafen Neuspaniens zu Beginn des 16. Jh. Wir erzählen die Legende vom Heiligen Kreuz und wie die englischen und holländischen Piraten den Ort fast 2 Jahrhunderte lang besetzten.
Es ist ein historischer Strand , wo im Jahr 1831 , nachdem in Acapulco verraten, der Präsident der mexikanischen Republik, General Vicente Guerrero wurde an das Militär loyal zu den Autoren des Putsches und genommen in der Nähe der Stadt Oaxaca übergeben wird versucht und erschossen. Dieser Strand ist auch für sein kristallklares Wasser und sein Korallenriff bekannt.
Beim Betreten der Gewässer des Huatulco-Nationalparks sehen wir eines der größten Blowholes der Welt, das als "Bufadero" bekannt ist, wo wir Zeit haben, Fotos oder Videos zu machen. Im Nationalpark ist es mit Ausnahmegenehmigung verboten, in Beton zu bauen, nur "Palapas oder Hütten". Alle nächsten 4 Buchten, die wir sehen werden, liegen innerhalb der Grenzen des Nationalparks.
Die ersten beiden Buchten, die wir im Nationalpark sehen werden, sind die "Organo" und die "Maguey". Die unberührte Bucht von "Organo" ist berühmt für eine unglaubliche Steinwand, die die Natur selbst "La Cara Mizteca" genannt hat. Die Bucht von "Maguey" hat ihren Namen von der grünen Farbe ihres Wassers, ähnlich den Blättern des gleichnamigen Kaktus, mit dem wir Tequila und Mezcal destillieren. Auf dem Weg passieren wir ohne anzuhalten und auf dem Rückweg werden wir 2 Stunden anhalten, um sehr frische Meeresfrüchte in dem von Ihrem Guide empfohlenen Restaurant zu genießen. Die Spezialität der Küste sind mit Meeresfrüchten gefüllte Ananas. Schneiden Sie zuerst eine Ananas in zwei Hälften, entfernen Sie das Fruchtfleisch und füllen Sie sie mit einer Bechamelsauce mit Meeresfrüchten nach Belieben, nachdem Sie den Käse darauf verteilt haben, wird er in einen Holzofen gegeben, um ihn zu gratinieren. Eine weitere Spezialität ist das „Four by Four“. Huatulco ist ein guter Ort für Garnelen, die in diesem Gericht 16 sind und auf vier verschiedene Arten zubereitet werden. Auch Gerichte mit Fleisch.

Chachacual ist der Name, den die Schildkrötenfischer den Konstruktionen aus vier kleinen Stämmen und einem Dach aus Palmblättern als Schatten spenden, bevor diese Aktivität verboten wurde. Heute ist es ein unberührter Strand, Teil des Nationalparks, wo man schnorcheln kann. Einheimische aus der benachbarten Bucht von San Agustín mieten Sonnenschirme und verkaufen Kokosnüsse, Bier, Piña Colada und andere Getränke. Je nach Anzahl der Personen geben Ihnen zwei oder drei zertifizierte Guides eine Einweisung in die Verwendung der Ausrüstung, sie begleiten Sie und zeigen Ihnen eine prächtige Korallenplatte und all diese bunten Fische, die in der Umgebung leben wird etwa dreißig Minuten Zeit haben , um sich auszuruhen oder ein kaltes Bier. Nach einer Fahrt von etwa 40 Minuten kehren sie zur Maguey Bay zurück, wo sie ihr Essen genießen können. Wir werden uns daran erinnern, dass in Mexiko seit Ende der 70er Jahre Schildkrötenfischen verboten ist und es ein gesetzlich geschütztes Tier ist.

The tour is average, the 2 hours of time they give to stay in the bays or beaches is too much, especially because you necessarily have to make use of umbrellas, chairs, drinks, bathrooms, etc. with excessive costs. (A cunning plan) There is no complaint about the captain and his crew, they are extraordinary people, the boat is very clean, they offer drinks continuously. It has a bathroom that is clean. Little safety equipment. TO NOT RUIN THE INTENTION OF THE TRIP I ACCEPTED GOING ON THAT BOAT OPTION, ALTHOUGH I RENTED A PRIVATE PLAN FOR 6 OR UP TO 9 PEOPLE THEY DID NOT RESPECT IT AND I PREFERRED TO DO THE TOUR WITH 12 MORE PEOPLE, SINCE CLAIMING THE MONEY, WHICH OF COURSE WOULD HAVE ITS REFUND POLICY AND WOULD RUIN MY TRIP. SO I PREFERRED A BAD SETTLEMENT TO A GOOD LAWSUIT. The staff was attentive at all times, I have no complaints about them, even with my dissatisfaction they always kindly provided a solution. The problem is what the platform offers and does not fulfill.

Great experience, truly a day's worth of sun, swimming and sightseeing. Have extra cash for any activity you choose to join, snacks, food and if you rather rent chairs and umbrella instead of joining snorkeling. Overall worth booking the tour guides are awesome but it is in Spanish

Be aware if you choose the four beer package .Make sure they have the beer prior or they will rip you off. The trip was overall good except for the issue with the beer that was pre paid. To the company please be better prepared for your customers.

Beautiful and fun boat ride along ocean cliffs and coves. Snorkeling was good. saw many fish. Staff was friendly and helpful. Played great music on boat. Groups were rather large, and sometimes logistics were slow; on and off landing skiffs and getting set up for snorkeling.

Overall, the tour was fine; however, from the beginning, they are very insistent on taking your photographs, even when we mentioned from the start that we were not interested. At the first bay where the stop is made, they also insist too much on renting umbrellas, at an excessive cost of $300 pesos for approximately two hours. My recommendation is to find a shaded spot under the trees and bring drinks from the start. At the second bay, where the stop is made for lunch, during the tour they mention that they take you to a restaurant, implying that it is optional to eat there; however, they practically force you to do so. The prices are similar to those of any beach restaurant and the food is average. The only truly remarkable thing was the guide, who was very kind throughout the entire tour. I also recommend bringing your own beers or drinks, as in most tours they keep them in the cooler and you can consume them at the bays. Keep in mind that stops are only made at two bays.
