Mein Name ist Miran, und in den letzten 20 Jahren meines Lebens habe ich Mitreisende wie Sie auf meiner berühmten Enjoy Herzegovina Tour begleitet. Ich bin in Mostar geboren und aufgewachsen, das ich als eine der schönsten Städte der Welt betrachte, und habe seitdem ein Hostel und Reiseunternehmen aufgebaut. Ich habe einen einzigartigen Einblick in die Geschichte meiner Region, einer Region, die sowohl Zeiten des Wohlstands als auch der Schrecken des Krieges erlebt hat, eine Geschichte, die ich bewegt fühle, mit Menschen aus aller Welt zu teilen. Sie werden von meinem Hostel, Hostel Miran, das nur 5 Minuten vom Busbahnhof entfernt ist, abgeholt und in einem komfortablen und klimatisierten Minivan transportiert. Sie sehen das Kloster Blagaj Derwisch, die Burg Pocitelj und die Umgebung und natürlich die schönen Wasserfälle von Kravice. Danach fahren wir die Mountain Fortica mit dem besten Blick auf Mostar und die neu gebaute Sky Walking Bridge hinauf. Bitte bringen Sie Reisepass, Badebekleidung und Handtuch mit.

Das im 16. Jahrhundert erbaute Kloster Blagaj Derwisch ist die erste Station unserer Tour. Das Kloster wurde in einer natürlichen Höhle erbaut und zieht mit seiner Schönheit Touristen aus der ganzen Welt an.
Historisches Dorf mit Freilichtmuseum und atemberaubendem Blick auf den Fluss Neretva. Besucher sehen mehrere historische Stätten, darunter die Hajji-Alija-Moschee, den Kula-Turm sowie das Gavrankapetanovic-Haus.
Das Juwel unserer Tour, die Kravice-Wasserfälle, sind eine einzigartige Tuffkaskade in der Region und überraschen selbst den erfahrenen Reisenden mit ihrer majestätischen Schönheit. Besucher haben ausreichend Zeit zum Schwimmen, Sonnenbaden, Essen in einem der Restaurants und Erkunden des Naturparks.
Am Ende unserer Tour werden die Besucher zum Gipfel des Mount Fortica gefahren, wo sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Mostar und die Umgebung genießen können. Diejenigen, die Abenteuer und Nervenkitzel suchen, können auch bezahlen, um eine der längsten Seilrutschen Europas herunterzusausen.

Started with lookout point above the city and learned some modern history over coffee, water, and burek provided by Miran Then we beat the crowds to each spot Blagaj monastery built into the rock, with beautiful river. Plenty of time to walk around and get a coffee or beer/ glass of wine (in our case). Then onto the Castle and town Pocitelj with enough time to climb to the viewpoint and lookout the tower windows over the river. Finished at Kravice with time to have a feast (extremely reasonable price) with the best meat platter we have had in Europe. Bring trunks and towels because you are going to want to dip in the water fed from the waterfalls. So refreshing. Overall one of the best tours for our taste we have had over 40 countries in Europe. Miran was most hospitable, knowledgeable, and strong spirited. Don’t hesitate when looking for an excursion in Mostar, this is the one.
Miran is such a kindhearted person and a great guide , incredibly generous in every sense. Go with him if want to learn more about this beautiful country, you will not be disappointed.

A lovely and well organized tour with fantastic group! Our guide, Miran, was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience quite special. The day with Miran was a day of encounter: an encounter with a wonderful person, with the places he has always lived and with his history in those same places. We were immediately put at ease by the guide, who took us to some of the most beautiful places in Herzegovina through an intense and sincere story, which showed us the reality of Mostar and its surroundings in its most authentic light: the view from Fortica, the Blagaj tekija, the streets of Počitelj and the natural beauty of the rivers Buna, Trebizat and Kravica Falls. I absolutely recommend it both for the organizational ability of Miran and his staff and, above all, because seeing Mostar and Herzegovina with the accompaniment and friendship of such special people is something you will carry with you forever. A sincere and heartfelt thank you!
Our wonderful guide, Miran, was exceptional - he is a native of Mostar and has lived through all of its difficulties over the years. He is passionate about his area and country and incredibly informative. We learned so much! He was fun and funny, warm and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this great adventure!!!
Miran was very hospitable, kept the trip humorous yet sincere, and clued us in on all the geopolitical developments happening behind all the scenery and monuments we saw. A lot of what he showed us couldn’t be showed in a book or museum, and his brought a lot of written facts about Mostar to life. Also felt really safe as a solo female traveler in the group, which is always a blessing. I didn’t stay in the hostel but it seems really clean too.
