Dies ist ein Tagesausflug zu einem der schönsten und größten Seen Tadschikistans, dem Iskanderkul-See. Der See ist nach Alexander dem Großen benannt (im Osten als Iskander bekannt), was ihn zu einem interessanten Ausflug macht. Sie werden nicht nur diesen See besuchen, sondern auch den Snake Lake und zu den mächtigen Wasserfällen im Fann-Gebirge wandern, die als Fann Niagara bekannt sind. Darüber hinaus werden Sie auf dem gesamten Weg von Duschanbe zum Iskanderkul-See und zurück großartige Landschaften und Ausblicke auf das Fann-Gebirge, die Varzob-Schlucht und Flüsse genießen. Machen Sie eine Bootsfahrt, um den größten Teil des Sees zu sehen. Sie können auch im See schwimmen. Essen Sie Ihr Mittagessen direkt am Seeufer in einem gut gelegenen Café mit bester Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Sonst noch etwas?! Dann entdecken wir es!

Der Legende nach wurde der Iskanderkul-See nach Alexander dem Großen benannt, der im Osten als Iskander bekannt war. Es heißt, dass der Weg Alexanders des Großen nach Indien durch diesen See führte.
Spazieren Sie um die Seen herum, und wenn Sie möchten, können Sie auch im See schwimmen. Sie können in einem Café am See zu Mittag essen.
Es gibt auch Boote, mit denen Sie eine Bootsfahrt auf dem See unternehmen können.
Besuchen Sie später den Schlangensee, der nur wenige Schritte vom Iskanderkul-See entfernt liegt. Von hier aus bietet sich die beste Aussicht auf den Iskanderkul-See.
Danach gehen Sie zu einem 50 Meter hohen Wasserfall, den die Einheimischen mit den Niagarafällen vergleichen und Fann Niagara (Niagara Fana) nennen. Der See erstreckt sich über 4 km2 und ist 72 m tief.

Great Road trip in Tajikistan
We hired MarcoPolo for a full day trip from Tajik border to Dushanbe with stops along the way. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition, the driver was very polite and extremely professional. Communication with Saeed (owner) was great. Saeed responded within minutes of asking anything.

Respectable professional company
Very professional company. Provided all sorts of advice even when they didn’t have to. They even helped with our visa. Very clean hospitable homestay with delicious home made food. Tours were very well organized and with reasonable prices

Don't look further! This tour is all what you need.
Absolutely stunning tour. The driver was on time, speaks perfect English, was knowledgeable and was generally a really nice and funny guy to talk to. We have seen both lakes and beautiful waterfall. Car was very comfortable.

Amazing trip to Iskanderkul lake with Guide Ali by Marcopolo
We had an amazing trip to Iskanderkul lake from Dushanbe with one of the best guides, Ali. He spoke English just like native Englishman. He explained and showed all the main points around. We also went to waterfall with 20-30mins hike and it was super worth it. Lake was soooo beautiful and you can have lunch there while watching beautiful mountains all around you!
Our guide Ali was very helpful, kind, Respectful and very funny. He made sure our trip was very smooth and gave us good enough time at every place. We enjoyed his company a lot.
The booking process was also very easy and I got all details on WhatsApp a day before from Marco Polo and I think its one of the great companies in Tajikistan for all tours. Recommended

Great Iskanderkul Tour from Dushanbe
I had a great tour of Iskanderkul and highly recommend this company. My guide, Safarali, was fantastic and treated me very well. The tour was well organized and Iskanderkul lake was amazing.
