Additionally, several statements in this review do not match the services provided by Berrios Travel. We do not advertise videos promising specific views, sandboarding is always included in our private dune buggy and sandboarding experience, and both breakfast and lunch are included in the tour price, making the comments regarding expensive food inconsistent with the service we offer. We would also like to clarify that we do not have, nor have we ever had, a guide named Jesús working for our company. Given these factual inconsistencies, together with the absence of any reservation record, we are unable to verify that this review relates to an actual experience with Berrios Travel and believe it may have been intended for a different tour operator. We encourage future travelers to review our extensive history of verified reviews, which accurately reflects the experiences of the many guests who have traveled with us.
