Und 08.00 Uhr, 12.30 Uhr und 16.00 Uhr von Lembongan nach Sanur. Die Rückfahrkarten sind geöffnet und können innerhalb weniger Tage nach der Ankunft verwendet werden. The meeting point address listed on Viator is the drop off point on Nusa Lombongan not the Sanur Ferry Harbor. You will need to pick up your boarding pass from the building next door to the ferry terminal in Sanur. The ferry company gave us boarding passes for the 10AM boat instead of the 9AM that I had booked. They didn’t acknowledge the change until after I asked. They then said it was too late to make the 9AM (it was 8:15, they hadn’t started boarding) and that our 10AM boarding passes were actually for 9:30. We left closer to 10AM. The ferry terminal is chaotic but it looked like other providers did a better job ushering their passengers through the chaos.

Checking in at the D’camel fast boat reception desk at Sanur took approximately 20mins because the staff had no record of the booking from Sanur to Nusa Lembongan despite being able to show them the Viator ticket with names and dates of travel. The staff then had to call the travel booking company (Bali Maju Mapan). This was very frustrating. Other than that set-back it was good value for the ticket cost with the boat transfer and hotel drop-off and pick-up being included.
