Lara Diaz was on time, spoke good English and was very nice to show us around Frankfurt. She had a well thought out plan for us and at 78 and 81 years old, I was almost able to do it all.

We arrived at the meeting place 15 mins early and starting sending texts and calls to any contact we had 7 mins after the meeting time. We questioned each other about the accuracy of the meeting place and we had a frustrating 45 mins searching the area for a possible guide until 45 mins after the meeting time, he texts he was just returning from Amsterdam and had an issue and sorry he didn’t contact us sooner. He offered to show us old town in an hour but we were too agitated to accept as we had wasted the morning in frustration. The refund process has not been completed as I have to attach our documentation to the refund request and I don’t know how to “attach things.” So all in all a terrible experience.

If you are looking for a 2-hour general overview of Frankfurt, this is a perfect tour. Laura did a great job showing us around and answered questions very well. She was quite flexible with the meeting point and made accommodations due to some rain.

It was an excellent day!! She took me to Christmas market, historical spots in Frankfurt, to the market exchange, and recommended food places.

Laura was a great guide full of fun facts about Frankfurt. We explored areas we never would have known about. Great way to get introduced to a new city and shake out the jet lag.

We had one day in Frankfurt and wanted a morning tour to show us some local insights. Felix even helped us practice our German, and was very knowledgeable of the area, whilst showing us both tourist and hidden local gems. Places we wouldn't have found otherwise! Thank you for a great morning. Would recommend to anyone /group wanting a hassle free-led experience.

This tour was a great experience, getting to know what Frankfurt has to offer, its history, and seeing places you wouldn't know are there if a local hadn't showed you. There's a lot of walking involved, but it's mostly flat and at an easy pace. We did a 4 hour tour.

Our guide, Laura, was excellent. She knew the top sights and the history of them. We have taken “tours by a local” in various places in our travels. Some are good, some are not. But Laura is probably the best of the ones we’ve taken! Would highly recommend her.
