Splendid experience this morning The guide Marsela is very knowledgeable Halfway through the trip they stopped us at a cafe to drink, refresh ourselves, and use the restroom. We arrived before the crowds, as promised Top.top.top I recommend it to you
Do not book this tour under any circumstances! It was an absolute insult. I booked this tour to see Chichén Itzá, Valladolid, and a cenote. In the morning (I had to get up at 4:00 AM!), I was informed that Valladolid and the cenote were not part of the program—even though I paid for them and they were listed on my voucher! The same thing happened to other travelers! My only option was to ride all the way from Cancún to Chichén Itzá and back. I ended up visiting a cenote on my own. I will be demanding a full refund. Now I am expected to handle the refund myself because 'Amigo' claims it wasn't their fault. Never again!
Dear VincentSimon_B, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the changes to your itinerary. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after planning your day around this experience. Our team is carefully reviewing everything that took place on that particular date so we can fully understand what happened and take the necessary measures to ensure a situation like this does not happen again. We are confident that the appropriate actions will be taken moving forward. We are also working together with Viator to resolve this matter in the best possible way, and you will receive a notification from them within the next few days regarding the corresponding refund. We truly regret that this was your experience with us, and we sincerely hope you will give us a second opportunity in the future to provide you with the experience you originally expected and deserve. Kind regards from Amigo Tours Quality Team
The day before departure we were asked to pay an extra charge for how far the hotel was even though when we made the reservation we clearly indicated that our hotel was in port adventures. In the morning the pickup went well but on the return we were repositioned with another group instead of returning to who we went in the morning that was the right fit. And we spent more than 1h walking around Playa del Carmen without anyone explaining why even though we asked everyone to account
Fabian and the German Shepherd (Pastor and Victor) super well, they took good care of herd and we learned a lot. although I did not accompany completely the time it was super entertaining.
