FINDEN SIE IHRE RICHTUNG Diese Erfahrung umfasst 3 Stunden Theorie und Praxis. Es beginnt mit einer Diskussion über die Prinzipien der Fotografie (einen Überblick über die grundlegende Ästhetik der Fotografie) und wie Sie Ihre fotografische Identität definieren. Anschließend vertiefen wir uns in die verschiedenen Kompositionstechniken und Rahmungen, die Ihre Bilder erheblich verbessern können. Der theoretische Teil behandelt auch die Bedeutung der Verwendung der verfügbaren Werkzeuge, um Ihre Vision zu verwirklichen und technische Einschränkungen zu Ihrem Vorteil zu überwinden. Anschließend setzen wir alles in eine konstruktive Praxis um, indem wir einen Fotowalk durch lokale Gebiete machen, die den Geist Hongkongs vermitteln. Während des Fotowalks erkunden wir lebhafte Straßenmärkte, die reichlich Gelegenheit bieten, die erlernten Konzepte anzuwenden. Am Ende der Fotowalk-Sitzung haben die Teilnehmer nicht nur ein tieferes Verständnis für die Fotografie, sondern auch ein Portfolio von Bildern erstellt, die verschiedene Aspekte des Lebens in Hongkong widerspiegeln, als optionale Aufgabe.

We were touring around Asia and stopped in Hong Kong for only 3 days before we caught our flight to Japan. This workshop was recommended to us by TripAdvisor and the reviews were encouraging. My creditcard wasn`t accepted on Viator so we booked directly via Thomas website and it worked smoothly. Thomas led us through a fascinating photo tour in the local streets in Hong Kong. We would never think of visiting these places on our own. We learned new things about photography too. By all means this was such a great opportunity for us
We spent a week in Hong Kong for our annual holiday and booked this workshop with Thomas. We challenged ourselves and had a great time. Definately learned a lot. Highly recommended
Thomas was great, very knowledgeable and a source of inspiration. I recommend this tour for seasonal photographers as well as newbies. On request, he will also take you to some used camera shops in HK that are off the beaten path for most tourists 📷

I was in Hong Kong for two days and booked a Photowalk with Thomas as a way to hone my street photography skills and see a part of Hong Kong that was off the tourist path. Everything exceeded my expectations. We started at a coffee shop to discuss my goals and experience so he was able to tailor the tour and his comments to what I wanted. We walked through a neighborhood and he was great about pointing out things I may have missed. I got over a big barrier to my street photography efforts which was my shyness in photographing people. By the end of the afternoon I was asking people directly if I could photograph them and also taking candid photos of others. Can't recommend this tour enough...well worth the cost. A great value for the one-on-one attention.

He recommended some particular photographers to study (I have pulled together a number of books now from those recommendations...awesome!) and he also gave me some small cards with things to remember out in the field. We walked through a neighborhood and he was great about pointing out things I may have missed and I came away with photos that created a story of that afternoon around a particular theme. Most of all, I got over a big barrier to my street photography efforts which was my shyness in photographing people. By the end of the afternoon I was asking people directly if I could photograph them and also taking candid photos of others. I made a huge jump forward in my photography and Thomas was great about cheering me on. Can't recommend this tour enough...well worth the cost. A great value for the one-on-one attention.
It’s a very educational and fun workshop. Great times! Thomas is very friendly and experienced photographer. Class is too short for all the great techniques and interesting information.
I super enjoyed the workshop with Thomas. He provided a great deal of insight and clarity on photography techniques. He explained things well, gave good feedback, and got me thinking about photography in unique ways. He also made me feel comfortable to ask questions. After coffee and discussion, we walked around and got to do a lot of street photography in interesting parts of Hong Kong. I feel like I got a lot out of the workshop and would definitely recommend it.
