Food Tour : Lokale Tapas & Verkostungen w / Familien Bauernhof Besuch

We had a fantastic time yesterday and would absolutely recommend it. Miguel and Maria were fun and informative. We loved getting the experience of trying local traditional tapas and farm specialties. Maria makes most of the farm tasting menu! Delicious. I also loved seeing the farm life with chickens, goats, dogs, cats, birds and fruit trees loaded with fruit. It is also nice to get a little jeep tour to Pine Cliffs, and through parts of Albufeira l We look forward to having the lemon 🍋 jam when we get back to Canada! Thank you so much for the memorable day.

Miguel was a fantastic guide. He guided us through the city and offered an amazing experience with good tapas and with homemade jam and liqueur which was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended.

Michael was nice on time, we ate delicious tapas with drink, knows a lot to tell about abufeira has shown us a lot, the tasting was also really nice and tasty on the farm and also nice with the animals 😁👍

Miguels tour was exactly as described and was the highlight of our trip! Miguel was professional and friendly offering a great balance of information and friendly chat as well as giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy the views, food and drink. Excellent tour and great way to see the local area, with added local facts and insight provided by Miguel, who is a great guide. This tour offers a range of experiences including seeing local sights, visiting a Portuguese farm and sampling jams and liqueurs produced locally, and trying tapas at local restaurant. Visiting the farm was a particular highlight. The tour was great value for money. Would highly recommend doing this tour

Very quaint and friendly food tour. He came and picked us up at our hotel which was a nice feature. Delicious jam tasting and friendly goats. We enjoyed learning about the town and seeing the beautiful fisherman beach. Great blend of old town and new.

We loved our tour with Miguel. He took us on a wonderful tour seeing a beautiful view of the coast high up on a cliff. This tour allows you to see authentic Algarve. HE is such a genuine person sharing his family farm with us that his Dad started years ago. You experience a true Portugal Family and home. We tasted liquor (Orange, Mint, carob) that his mother made, along with tasting of jams his Mother made all from the fruit trees on their farm. They were delicious. The farm has dogs, a cute cat, friendly miniature goats and chickens. I got a tour of the flower and vegetable garden. After Miguel took us to a nearby town where the locals live and went to 20age restaurant. We experienced authentic homemade Portuguese tapas. All very delicious! IT was nice to get away from The touristy type things and see authentic Algarve. It was quite fun to ride in Miguel’s jeep. A fun experience- highly recommend!

We were looking for something a little more authentic and this was it. We got to see the local farm and trying the different jams and liquers as well as seeing what the family is doing there was honestly really fun, then on to the tasty tapas in a homely restaurant. We also stopped in at the cliffs above Falesia beach on the way. We had a great time and can’t recommend the tour enough. Miguel was on time, friendly and full of information on Albufeira. The tapas was delicious and the homemade jams, really glad we came across this tour!
