Flussrafting in Jamaika

Terrible experience - the tour actually never happened. The driver got pulled over, the police comfenscated his car saying this was NOT unapproved tour and they made us walk back to the cruise terminal. About 1 mile walk with young kids. We never got to go on the tour and as of today we haven’t heard anything about any refund. The strange thing is, we actually waited for another two hours thinking they were going to come pick us up at the cruise terminal because that’s what the driver told us, but then he never showed up. After the police pulled us over the driver told us to wait at the cruise terminal and they would meet us there. The police told us we had to walk back to the cruise port. Finally, we got a hold of him by phone and he told us that the police took his car away and they’ll be no tour today and then he hung up. Be very, very careful booking this tour This is some sort of shady thing that’s not allowed

Fantastic experience. Started with a private personal transport pickup in an air conditioned mini bus just a short walk from the pier. Our driver Omar called us via WHATSAPP right went our shipped docked to check on us and make sure we knew where to meet him. Omar then drove us to the River Rafting at Martha Bre’s River location only 10 mins from port. The facility offered complimentary drinks, and very clean restrooms. Omar assisted us with checking in, our tickets and guided us to get our flotation devices. We did bring our own life jacket for our 2 yr old which I highly recommend. I noticed one couple had an infant and they didn’t have an infant life jacket for the baby. Bring your own for them! Once guided to the pickup, our raft driver was super personable, knowledgeable and explained not only the raft process and how they make them from bamboo but also the history, and the beautiful vegetation and animals we saw all over the river. We witnessed a woodpecker, ducks, heard a rooster and saw banana and plantain trees, morning glory flowers and plenty more. We were back at port within 2 hours. It was the most peaceful and enjoyable experience, VIP service, very private and hands on. Highly recommend.

The most serene and tranquil experience I have ever had and my literal favorite excursion during my trip to Jamaica!!! My group of 8 and I listened to music, enjoyed some drinks and laughs while relaxing on the river and I was in good hands with Fred.
