We had a substantial delay and Armin Harris was amazing and waited for us and made our travel from Heathrow completely stress free. They waited and met us right when we came out of customs. He also gave us excellent advice and answered all of our questions during our drive. Highly recommend.

Armin was a delight as a driver! After our exhausting red eye flight, Armin made it so easy for us, contacting us as soon as we landed and ensuring no difficulties with luggage. He let us know exactly where we would meet him, and his promptness made our Heathrow exit a breeze. He forewarned us of heavy traffic, but we had such wonderfully engaging conversations that the time went by quickly as he drove us to our hotel, taking a scenic route and pointing out historic landmarks as we went. We are a family of four with a lot of luggage, yet the car ride was very comfortable. Armin is quite charming, engaging with both of our children learning about their interests as well as ours. We highly recommend Armin for your trip to/from Heathrow!

We used Mr. Harris for our Christmas Holiday transportation to and from London Heathrow. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He stayed in constant contact before and after our arrival making our transfers seamless. He had some nice recommendations for our visit as well. Armin is kind and easy to communicate with. The vehicle was clean and well appointed. We met with him at the airport and he drove us to our hotel.

Armin was an absolutely excellent driver. On time, communicative, and very friendly. He even anticipated a traffic disruption caused by a protest and proactively contacted us to move up our pick up time.

My husband had contacted Armin Harris before we left the US. Armin responded right away and he was given our arrival time and date. When we arrived at Heathrow airport, Armin was there to greet us right away! He made us feel so welcome! We were tired from flying all night and it was such a relief to have him take care of us, handling our luggage for us. The care was very comfortable and we were able to sit back and just enjoy a great conversation with Armin while taking in the scenery. Armin is such a warm person that we immediately felt like we had known him for years. It is rare to find a driver that makes you feel that way as most are friendly but there is little conversation. We felt so safe as he drove us into London to our hotel. We enjoyed the whole experience so that we made reservations for him to drive us back to Heathrow at the end of our stay.
