Der Fahrer wird Sie direkt nach der Landung kontaktieren und warten, bis Sie zum Treffpunkt kommen. Sobald du da bist, holt dich der Fahrer ab. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie das Telefon nach der Landung eingeschaltet haben und die richtige Kontaktnummer angegeben haben. Im Falle der Abholung von der Adresse geben Sie einfach Abholadresse an und sind zum gewählten Zeitpunkt der Abholung vorn bereit.

We booked the transfer from the hotel to Modlin airport and had a great time. The driver was very professional and the car (a Mercedes) was brand new and clean.
We found kindness, precision, discretion and good driving from Modlin airport to Warsaw at a very good price.
Service booked through Ryanair, when I arrived at 19:15 punctually at Modlin - Warsaw airport, there was no one waiting for me, despite the fact that the same morning I was informed to rest assured that I would find the person with my name on arrival. For safety I waited for half an hour but no one showed up. In addition to the inconvenience they caused me, the Service was prepaid and they still haven't refunded me, so bad.

The drive was fast and enjoyable. The driver was there for pickup 5min early, which is great.Will use again once im back in Poland.

Booked a private transfer for 2 adults and 2 children from Warsaw Modlin airport to city centre around 3 weeks before travel. Opted to pay cash and received immediate confirmation by e-mail after a simple booking process on the shuttle24.pl website. As part of this process i also requested child seats (which were free compared to other transfer services) and this was reflected on my confirmation. On arrival at Modlin, received a text message saying driver was there and including their name. Sure enough on exiting customs, driver was there with our name on a board and escorted us to the car, assisting with luggage. Driver (Henryk) was friendly, helpful and welcomed us to Poland, recommending sites to visit with children. Child seats were there as requested and transfer took around 35-40 minutes straight to our hotel. Paid cash with no issues. We had also booked a return transfer and again received a text message saying driver was on way. We were lucky to have Henryk again to take us back to the airport. He met us in reception of the hotel at the time we requested on booking and helped load the luggage again. He really was most helpful and a real credit - thanks! Overall a great service at a competitive price with the added bonus of free child seats. I would not hesitate to use them again when we return in the future. Thanks!

We had asked for baby seat for our 10months daughter and they brought a kid's seat for younger, those who use the car's belt. The baby couldn't sit there. The driver was using his cellphone all the time. We couldnt feel safe. When we comblained about the car seat the excuse was too silly. I will not use this company again
