We had the BEST experience with our private tour guide, Issac. From the second we met him, he was super outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun instead of just like a typical tour. You could tell right away that he really knows the city—he was constantly sharing interesting facts, cool history, and little details you wouldn’t find on your own. He took us all around the city and made sure we didn’t miss anything. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—he even spent extra time with us so we could see everything we wanted to. As a group of girls, we also LOVED that he stopped multiple times for us to take pictures and even pointed out the best photo spots. He definitely understood the assignment when it came to getting good pics. Issac also gave us amazing food recommendations. We actually stopped at one of the places he suggested during the tour and it was DELICIOUS. Later that night, we went to another restaurant he recommended for dinner, and it ended up being one of the best meals we had on the trip. Overall, he truly knew what he was talking about and made the entire experience feel worth it. The private tour ,with zero crowd was 100% worth the money. We felt very comfortable the whole time, and the ride itself was great too—the car was really nice and super comfortable. Could not recommend him enough!

Driver was on time and they took good care of my wife and kids from the airport to the hotel. The limo was clean and well maintained.
We were surprised at the arrival of a large limo to pick us up after a transatlantic flight. I’m not sure what we expected! The ride into town was quiet and relaxing, the driver friendly and helpful! I’ll do it again!

We went to NYC for my 50th birthday. My husband arranged for a limo to pick us up! It was a great way to drive into the city! The limo was in good condition. The driver was prompt, very friendly and informative!
Visiting NY for the Thanksgiving holidays is absolutely magical!! The limousine ride from the airport was amazing. The flashing lights and luxurious interior of the limousine made my daughter’s and granddaughter’s birthday celebration extra memorable. The driver was courteous and helpful. We felt so special!!

We had the pleasure of working with Isaac who coordinated our car services to and from the airport and to and from the Bronx for our group of 6 adults and three children with cars seats!! Everything went smoothly! Our driver was there at the airport waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful in getting our luggage, strollers and car seats into the passenger van. Our driver to and from the Bronx was Tony and he was on time and got us to our destination quickly and safely! He was very informative while we drove pointing out various points of interest to us which was extremely appreciative since this was our first trip to the area for several in our group. When it was time to go back to the airport, our driver Mohamed was on time and got us to the airport quickly and smoothly. All of our drivers were on time, drove with caution from start to finish, very pleasant, friendly, cheerful and well dressed. We did have three different cars/vans and all of them were clean, well maintained and professional looking. The pricing we received was very fare and competitive especially vs other companies. The customer service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Isaac kept in direct personal contact with us directly throughout our entire trip making sure our needs were met.
