This tour was one of the highlights of our holiday in Florence. Azzurra is a fantastic guide and the tour is so much fun. We were able to visit rooftop bars usually only open to hotel guests to see the most spectacular views. We dined on tasty appetisers and authentic gelato and drank aperol spritz, red wine and espresso. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

The local tour guide never showed up to the scheduled tour. Viator was not helpful at all in communicating with us nor the tour guide. The tour guide finally connected to us through WhatsApp and claimed that Viator had given us a partial refund that she did not approve - so she decided not to show up! We did not get a partial refund. I requested a full refund from Viator since the guide never showed up. So far Viator has come up with every excuse not to refund my money - close to $300. Also, one of the messages from the local tour guide stated that she was only paid a tiny partial fee compared to what we pay to Viator. She also stated that we paid far more than most people usually paid for the same tour. Incredibly unprofessional on all counts and unacceptable behavior by Viator. Please be warned NOT to use them.
We actually heard about this tour from a couple we were seated next to at lunch and they could not stop raving about Azurra and how great the our was. We were able to fit it into our schedule the next day and it was one of our highlights from our trip! We immediately felt welcomed and our group got along so well. Azurra made sure everyone was introduced and we could have genuine conversations on the rooftops we went too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)
