Absolutely loved every minute of this experience, from the moment I booked this tour, the communication with the operator, and the follow-through in the communication -I had inquired about a surprise proposal for my partner at certain parts of the tour- not only did the they respond - they made it happen seamlessly without a hitch- it was an amazing experience, the car was top-notch vintage and beautiful - The ride was scenic up the hills and our guide-LACOPO was extremely warm accommodating and went over and beyond setting up the perfect spot on the tour for my surprise proposal to my partner, he chose an outstanding vantage point at LA PIA - a boutique organic winery in the hills of Florence with an amazing backdrop of the vineyards overlooking the building tops of Florence from above ! Martha, The founder and operator of this beautiful organic winery, made us feel right at home with a beautiful wine tasting, homemade ricotta cheese, and a beautiful tour of the entire property that also hosts private events as well for weddings and small to large events- I could not thank Fiat tour 500 and the partnership with the winery, La Pia for making our day any more special- IT WAS PERFECT! This tour was not what was advertised. It stated that we could choose our vintage car, however, that was not the case. The car that we were assigned was very disappointing. The tour itself is not worth the cost, it was also suppose to be 2 hours long and it wasn’t. The driver also wanted to leave us stranded in an unfamiliar area. Overall I was really disappointed with this tour.

At no point in our tour description do we state that guests can choose the color of the vintage Fiat 500 they will ride in. Our fleet includes several classic cars, and vehicles are assigned based on operational availability. Regarding the duration, the tour ended approximately 10 minutes early because you requested to return before the scheduled end time. As for the drop off, our drivers normally return guests to the same meeting point where the tour begins, and we have no record of anyone being intentionally left in an unfamiliar location. It is possible that there was some confusion with a different experience, as several of the expectations described in your review are simply not part of this tour or how it is presented in our listing. We also believe that leaving a 1 star review for an experience that was delivered exactly as advertised is unfair, particularly when the concerns raised are based on expectations that were never part of the tour. The thousands of 5 star reviews we have earned over the years reflect the accuracy of our listings and the quality of the experience we provide. Our guide Gabriel was awesome. We could’ve hung out with him all day. He provided lots of info in the area and brought us to some unexpected spots. He also took great photos of us along the way. The vintage Fiat definitely got reactions from onlookers. Having a driver rather than driving yourself made for a much more relaxing ride.

I didn't like the room moves old mould smell I spoke at the reception did not solve the manha coffee I liked to not and nothing you see in the photos the only good thing and the location

We enjoyed a fabulous tour around the outskirts of Florence with our excellent driver and guide, Gabriele. He was so interesting and informative and great company sharing bread, olive oil and wine 🍷 at a local restaurant. We were taken to some fantastic and exclusive panoramic view points even dodging some impromptu roadworks along the way. A cracking experience and highly recommended.

Nino was as much fun as his vintage Fiat 500! What a fun way to see Tuscany and hear the stories of the gorgeous area!
Definitely something fun to do while in Florence! I was greeted by Andrea, I believe one of the owners, who was so friendly. We had a great chat while the earlier tour concluded. Calin was my amazing driver, a master navigator, not only of the roads - but also of the 1960’s gear stick of the classic, vintage, navy blue Fiat 500 that we were driving! He was so knowledgeable about Florentine history and the places we visited and he loves his cars!! We toured the Tuscan countryside just to the south of Florence - areas which you just wouldn’t see without a car. Our tour started with Villa Medicea del Poggio Imperiale - a UNESCO World Heritage site - and concluded at the Basilica de San Miniato al Monte - one of the most scenic churches in Italy! I’m not a religious person, but this experience was pretty spectacular, not to mention the picturesque views of Florence from the terrace. We ended the tour with a wine overlooking the countryside and I learned about the many variants of olive trees and the making of olive oil! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would absolutely do it again! Thank you Calin and Andrea for a great afternoon!
