The entire trip was very good, we were picked by a nice charming driver and met by a good tour guide who took us in a very nice informative walking tour in the center of Florence. The city itself is a great place to be at. The trip included couple of hours to explore the city / have a lunch on your own before heading back. I couldn’t ask for more in this trip and next time may dedicate some extra time for museums exploration; seems very interesting museums are there. Don’t miss them out!

They were not clear on where to meet in the port. We wasted 30 minutes looking for the driver. The tour was not clear on what was included and it was extremely expensive.

But please for the future, call when you can't find the driver. The driver was waiting for you and the service began. You were upset during the service because you wanted to add things that weren't included. I am sorry that we can't have extra hours and extra time for free. That is not how it works. We understand that you didn't enjoy the service as you wanted to ADD Pisa and we mentioned to you that you had to pay extra because the tour didn't include Pisa. Please read what you have booked before acting in bad faith. We explained to you that we can add Pisa if you wanted to, but there was an extra cost as the duration would be longer. But you got extremely upset because you wanted it included. Regarding the price, there is no secret there. The price is online and you can see it when you book and you can see what is included. You cannot book something and then expect to receive something else because you decide you want to add something for free. You can always contact us directly to speak this over. Thanks

It was the best decision my family and I made to hire the private tour that Tour Travel & More offers. The guide Emilio was spectacular. I arrived early to queue at the Academy Gallery so we could get in to see the original sculpture of David. Because it was Sunday tickets were free and the queue was endless. Thanks to our guide we did not have to queue. Arriving by cruise to visit Florence, the best decision is to take a private tour as time is made the most of.
