Lernen Sie, frische Pasta zuzubereiten, wie sie unsere Großmütter in Italien gemacht haben. Wir bringen Ihnen jeden Vorgang bei und stehen Ihnen bei jedem Schritt zur Seite. WIR WERDEN 3 ARTEN FRISCHER PASTA ZUBEREITEN, wie RAVIOLI, TORTELLI und PAPPARDELLE, und gleichzeitig wird der Chefkoch auch passende Saucen wie Butter und Salbei, Arrabbiata und altmodisches toskanisches Ragù zubereiten. Sie müssen nichts mitbringen, da wir Ihnen die gesamte Ausrüstung zur Verfügung stellen. Am Ende werden wir alles essen, was wir zubereitet haben. Während des Erlebnisses können wir guten toskanischen Wein oder unbegrenzt trinken. Unsere Kochschule befindet sich in einem mittelalterlichen Turm aus dem 13. Jahrhundert, nur einen Steinwurf von Brunelleschis Kuppel entfernt. Dort werden Sie die Luft und das Leben von Dante Alighieri atmen, dem Vater der italienischen Sprache, denn der Turm, in dem wir kochen werden, gehörte der Familie seiner Frau.

Excellent - Everything was on time. Friendly teacher. Well organized. Great value.
We had the best time. The wine was flowing and the class was wonderful. We had never made pasta before and we learnt so much. We will be using the recipes at home for friends and family. Lorenzo was amazing a great host, he was funny and gave us lots of advice. And the food at the end was wonderful.
Corso is a fabulous instructor! He made the class extremely enjoyable and should be considered a valuable asset to your restaurant. Given the fact that he was substituting for another chef was an added bonus and we are blessed that he taught the pasta lesson on Sunday which was our last day of our Florence vacation. AN EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE TO END OUR VACATION!!!
We had absolutely amazing experience. Arturo was amazing. Gave us a lot of tips. Atmosphere was very friendly and place was stunning. I would highly recommend to anyone. If you are in Florence it's a must. You won't regret it.
A highlight of our trip. We only had one afternoon available so did this one located right in the city. While we made pasta the chef made fresh sauces - it was a lot of fun with the whole family.

Excellent Experience!! We had a lovely time making 3 forms of pasta with our lovely chef, Lorenzo! This 2.5hr session was filled with laughs, great wine and fantastic food! Would recommend to all looking to experience some authentic Italian cooking! :)
We expected this to be a a fairly small group of people but very surprised at the number attending. Split into our various groups and our chef for the afternoon (Lorenzo) introduced himself. Right from the start you were engaged, made to feel at ease. The session was really hands on and Lorenzo made things very easy to follow,giving 1:1 help if needed. Great character. Wine and water available all the time and then at the end being able to taste your creation finished off the afternoon. Great way to meet others and experience the skills and taste of Italy, fantastic.
Our chef, Arthur, was amazing! Wine and pasta were good. I’ve never made pasta and I’d recommend this experience to everyone. So fun!
An unmissable experience. Truly one of our favorites from our trip to Italy. We made three types of pasta ourselves and we had a demonstration of different types of sauces before tasting everything. Table wine and soft drinks included at will
