The tickets and access details were duly shared with you via email and WhatsApp prior to your visit. Regarding the attraction closure, we checked with the Duomo and there was no closure notification for 31st May, as the attraction was operational on that date. Nevertheless, we regret any confusion or inconvenience caused and appreciate you sharing your feedback.
