Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt (auch bekannt als Saigon) gilt als einer der besten Streetfood-Orte der Welt. Überall in dieser Stadt können Sie einen kleinen Imbissstand oder ein kleines Lokal voller Menschen finden, das von berühmten Gerichten wie bánh mì, phở oder bún chả angeboten wird. Wir bringen Sie an Orte, an denen die Einheimischen essen und eintauchen in eine einheimische Kultur, wo Sie neue Gerichte kennenlernen und Ihren Essenshorizont erweitern können. Sie werden viele Gerichte probieren, die in einem anderen Teil des Landes nicht von Vietnamesen zubereitet werden.

Entdecken Sie eine der „Schneckenstraßen“ von Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt. Hier probieren wir eine Reihe von "Schnecken" aus. Sie können eine Vielzahl von Meeresfrüchten probieren - die besten Meeresfrüchte in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt, Schnecken, die mit einer Sicherheitsnadel gegessen werden, Muscheln, Jakobsmuscheln und leckere Garnelen am Stiel. (Weil Essen IMMER am Stiel besser schmeckt.) Wir kaufen einige Snacks von wandernden Anbietern. Je nachdem, wer vorbeigeht, können die Snacks geschnittene grüne Mango, gekochte Wachteleier oder Reiscracker sowie exotischere Angebote enthalten. Auf dieser Tour müssen Sie am lauten vietnamesischen Toastritual (auch wenn Sie nur alkoholfreie Getränke trinken) von mot-hai-ba-YO teilnehmen! Wenn Sie schüchtern sind, lassen wir Sie das nur einmal tun. In den meisten Fällen beginnt unsere Tour in einer kleinen Gasse in der Nähe des Zoos und führt dann für zwei weitere Stopps zur Snail Street. Unsere progressive Streetfood-Extravaganz im Tapas-Stil beinhaltet normalerweise einen Hotpot und ein schnelles Dessert auf einem lokalen Markt.

Really nice tour with Tony and Nikki Safe riders and you really get to see the city and have some interesting foods. This was our second time with the same company.
Absolutely 💯 our guide Duy Ang (Tony) taught us so much so then we were confident to order St food in the craziness of HCM ourselves. He and his awesome team took us on the back of their motorbikes to 6 different spots a great variety fabulousness! We were really FULL!!
It's not a food tour. It is an experience. I've traveled a lot of cities around the world, but what happens here is different: they don't just take you to eat, they take you inside the real soul of Saigon. The food level? Very tall. Not touristy, unfiltered, but authentic — stuff you would never find on your own. Every stage is studied, every dish has a story, and you feel that there is a real relationship with the local vendors. The real difference, however, is made by people: more than guides, they look like friends who take you around their city. They explain, make you laugh, make you enter the culture without that “organized tour” feeling. And you finally realize one thing: You didn't just eat well -- you understood Saigon. If you want to be a tourist, move on. If you really want to experience the city, this is mandatory! Thank you TONY!

Excellent experience in HCMC! We took the Seafood Trail tour with Vu and had an excellent time. Vu is a great guide, full of stories about the city, Vietnamese history, his own life… and of course the food! We stopped at four places we never would have found on our own, and had several great dishes at each establishment. Whether you are considering the seafood tour or any other of Saigon Street Eat’s offerings, we would highly recommend them.
