INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend this place. We spent our first day here for our honeymoon and I cannot say more amazing things. The massage was the best massage I have ever had. They took their time, and hit all of the troubled areas. The pool was the icing on the cake. Very quiet and service was amazing. Food was to die for!!! Make a visit - you will be treated like royalty.

A deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. We visited this establishment for a spa day and were completely misled about the facilities and service. We called ahead to confirm that the massage package included access to the pool, sauna, and steam room, and were assured that it did. We also informed them we’d be arriving at 7:00 PM and later called again to let them know we’d be a little late. Despite our clear communication, the manager repeatedly held our lateness against us and used it to deflect responsibility for the poor service. When we arrived, we discovered there was no sauna or steam room - just a pool with a few cold jets falsely advertised as a “jacuzzi.” The pool also had a strong, unpleasant smell, making it far from a relaxing environment. When we raised our concerns, the manager completely ignored us while we were speaking, showing no interest in addressing the issue. His behavior was dismissive and unprofessional, with an undercurrent of bias that was especially uncomfortable as women and people of color. To make matters worse, we were charged extra for pool service, despite being told by a staff member that it was included in our massage package. What was supposed to be a peaceful evening turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I would absolutely not recommend this place - especially not if you’re a woman or a person of colour.
