Abseits des Trubels von Florenz beschränken wir Fahrten auf eine MIKRORGRUPPE VON MAX 4 PERSONEN NUR für ein erstklassiges, persönliches Erlebnis. Dies ist ein tiefes Eintauchen in das echte lokale Leben. Wir fahren 30 - 40 km (19 - 25mi) auf Premium-E-Bikes, wobei die endgültige Route am Tag entsprechend Ihrem Tempo und Ihren Vorlieben festgelegt wird. Dank seiner erhöhten Lage war Fiesole schon immer einer der beliebtesten Orte für Florentiner und Touristen, um die Aussicht auf Florenz und das Arno-Tal, aber auch auf die wunderschöne toskanische Landschaft, die das Dorf umgibt, zu genießen. Fiesole liegt nur 4 Meilen vom Zentrum von Florenz entfernt, liegt aber außerhalb der Stadt und ist damit der beste Ausgangspunkt, um die toskanische Landschaft wirklich zu erkunden, ohne sich zu weit von der Stadt zu entfernen, aber abseits von überfüllten Orten.
Die Bergstadt Fiesole bietet abseits der Menschenmassen einen Panoramablick auf Florenz. Die Renaissance-Stadt und all ihre leuchtenden Terrakotta-Dächer und Türme sind auf dem Gipfel von Fiesole genauso sichtbar, als ob Sie auf der Piazzale Michelangelo in Florenz selbst stünden, nur dass viel weniger Menschen ihre herrliche Aussicht bewundern.
Malerische Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft und nur eine 20-minütige Busfahrt vom Zentrum von Florenz entfernt.
Je nach Jahreszeit erreichen wir ein Kloster, das noch von Mönchen bewohnt wird, auf über 800 m Höhe. Wir kreuzen den Weg der Via degli dei, der alten Via Flaminia Minor, der etruskischen Straße, die das Apennin-Gebirge mindestens 200 Jahre v. Chr. durchquerte, heute beliebter historischer und malerischer Wanderweg.
Je nach Jahreszeit erreichen wir Settignano und die Jugendherberge des Michelangelo, wo der junge Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni aufwuchs und seine Fähigkeiten verfeinerte.
Leonardo da Vinci lebte in Fiesole und soll von hier aus 1506 die Flugmaschine getestet haben

- Von den Teilnehmern, insbesondere von den Jüngsten, wird eine sichere Fahrradführung und ein perfektes Gleichgewicht auf dem Fahrrad verlangt. Außerdem müssen sie in der Lage sein, auf öffentlichen Straßen, auf asphaltierten Nebenstraßen, die nicht immer in einwandfreiem Zustand sind, und auf bergab führenden Straßen zu fahren das kann zeitweise steil sein.
- Es sind mindestens 2 Teilnehmer (ohne Reiseleiter) erforderlich. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einer Absage nach Bestätigung, wenn nicht genügend Teilnehmer vorhanden sind. In diesem Fall wird Ihnen eine Alternative oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung angeboten.
- Unser Unternehmen behält sich das Recht vor, die Radtour Einzelpersonen, sowohl Erwachsenen als auch Kindern, die nicht sicher Fahrrad fahren können, zu verweigern. In diesem Fall wird der gesamte Reisebetrag einbehalten, eine Rückerstattung ist nicht möglich.

- Die Verbindung zwischen Fiesole und dem Zentrum von Florenz ist sehr bequem, auch mit dem öffentlichen Bus.7 Tage die Woche fährt der Bus (Nummer 7, Autolinee Toscane - AT), Stadtticket Preis 1,70 €, fährt alle 15 Minuten und erreicht den anderen Standort in weniger als 20 Minuten (letzte Fahrt von Fiesole nach Florenz ist um 01:00 Uhr). Die Haltestelle Fiesole ist die letzte auf der Busstrecke. Tickets MÜSSEN NACH DEM BORD ENTWERTET WERDEN.

This was an incredible breathtaking tour in the hills of Tuscany. There are many climbs on the bike and so I recommend it for people with a little bit experience navigating hills and downhills. Giovanni our guide was incredible. Friendly and helpful assuring we had a safe and superb time! The lunch was delicious and refreshing. Highly recommend.
Giovanni is an excellent guide. Upon meeting he made sure the helmets were fitting correctly and that everyone was comfortable on their bike. The first part of the tour was around Fiesole itself with lots of information on the history, and then we got onto the roads in the area. He was always checking that everyone was OK and indicated to us when there was a hill coming up (likewise going down) so that we could adjust our gears accordingly. we stopped off at a wee market and were given hunks of local cheese to try (even being a non-cheese lover I could tell it was good) We then stopped at a farm shop to pick up the ingredients for lunch, then cycled on to another farm - our lunch venue where wine was taken straight from the vat. Giovanni then prepared lunch for us and when finished we completed our tour back to the start. it was a full morning (+lunch), so well worth the money. I would thoroughly recommend Giovanni - this is more than a tour, you feel his passion and love for the area.ac
What an amazing experience, top to bottom! First and foremost, Giovanni is a true gem! He takes such great care to ensure you are having a good time, that you are safe and that everything is as planned. I have done tons of bike tours in various Countries, he was the best guide I have ever had. Then the bike ride is amazing, and a great getaway from the City with tons of beautiful scenery. Finally, the farm lunch is delicious and unbelievably picturesque. 10 out of 10 across the board!!
This was the absolute highlight of a trip that was already filled with amazing experiences. Giovani is an excellent guide who takes a lot of care to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. He is native to the area and well educated on the history of all the places he takes you. You always hear how beautiful the Tuscan countryside is, but no photos can ever do it justice. It is truly a magical place and seeing it outside by bike is so much better than just driving. The stops at the farm and winery were pleasant and peaceful - and the food was very fresh and satisfying without being too heavy. The e-bikes were high quality and made it possible to travel comfortably on the very hilly terrain. One thing to know is that even though the e-bikes help a *lot*, and Giovani builds in regular breaks - the tour is still a significant workout and the bikes must be pedaled. You don’t need to be an athlete at all, but you do need to be generally healthy and fit to complete the ride. But otherwise, you should not hesitate to book this tour. It is incredible and worth every dime!
We loved our day with Giovanni. The trip was filled with very interesting history of the different sites. The country side was beautiful and the lunch and tour of the farm was so cool. Thank you Giovanni.
This was a really fun day out and away from Florence for me and my husband. Giovanni was terrific-knowledgeable and personable. He was also very prepared with extra gloves and windbreakers to make sure his guests were warm. I wish I had asked him to take photos of us along the way, but I was probably too cold to stop!
Giovanni was amazing. If you are staying in Florence and want to spend a day biking in the Tuscan Hills - it is a must. Giovanni has been giving tours for over 10 years. He has a limit of four riders per tour. When I showed up, it was just me (November) and it didn't matter. His ebikes are in great shape, he had asked my height in advance so the seat was ready to go. It was a little chilly and he had extra gloves and a windbreaker. We rode a round trip 20 miles to and from Fiesole to a monastery overlooking all over Florence and back. On the way back we stopped at a farm stand that had a to go lunch of bread, tomatoes and cheese waiting for us. We stopped at a winery to eat lunch and sample their new wines. Getting to Fiesole was easy. I took a cab from central Florence on the way there (about 15-minute ride) and the #7 bus on the way back.
A fantastic tour, we cycled through wonderful places. The local guide Francesco is friendly and helpful. The Galardi-Fattoria di Pioggiopiano is a fantastic place. I highly recommend it to everyone.
