The number provided was invalid. After attempting to call several times to move our tour time due to our coffee tour running over. And I was out of my money. There are several options in the area with the tourist in mind. I wish I booked them instead. So if you don’t wanna get scammed I would go with a different company.

My husband and I had an excellent experience, this sloth tour was our favorite due to how much wildlife we saw! Our tour guide was very skillful at finding at least seven sloths (2 & 3 toed) for us. Other unseen species we witnessed include the green and black poison dart frog, agouti, red eye tree frog eggs, and a toad. This was a private forest so I’d say we spotted more wildlife than usual. The guide has such good eyes, he’ll let you see the sloths very high up in the branches through his telescope. It’s very difficult to spot sloths without a professional guide, since many are high up and hidden. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure to wear mosquito repellent.

Asiel was great. The property is beautiful and we saw multiple sloths and other creatures. It was amazing.

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at the meeting point ahead of time and found no staff available to assist us. One guide briefly appeared, told us another guide would be arriving shortly, and then left. We waited for quite some time, but no one ever showed up. The location was difficult to access, and by the time we realized nobody was coming, it was already dark. We ended up having to leave without participating in the activity, wasting both our time and money. What was even more frustrating was the response from the tour operator. When we contacted them to explain the situation and request a refund, they were dismissive and unprofessional. They offered no explanation, no alternative date, and no effort to make things right. Our refund request was simply denied. Customer service matters most when something goes wrong, and unfortunately both the tour operator and the support we received fell far below expectations. I would not book with this operator again and would strongly encourage others to consider alternative options.

Amazing wildlife tour! Our guide was super friendly, attentive, and gave us many helpful tips outside of the tour as well. We would have never seen so many animals without him. Highly recommended!

So cool, close to town and very rewarding. Saw sloths, poison frogs, lizards, and lots of birds.

We had an incredible experience on this nature tour and loved seeing all of the wildlife! What really made the guide really stand out was our guide— Asil's enthusiasm was absolutely contagious, where you could tell he genuinely loves all the wildlife (insects included), making the tour much more engaging and fun! He answered every one of our many questions, no matter what the topic, making us walk away with so much appreciation for everything we saw. Cannot recommend this tour enough to anyone of any age (as it was an easy walk even at night!)!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Asil was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw 5 different sloths, frogs, plenty of birds. So fun!!!

Asiel was a friendly tour guide. He is knowledgeable and able to find the animals we would never spot on our own.
