Das Rif Fort ist ein Verteidigungsdenkmal aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, das gebaut wurde, um die Insel vor der Invasion von Piraten und Feinden zu schützen. Seine Schlüsselposition war im Herzen von Curaçao zentriert. Es liegt am Eingang der Bucht von Sint Anna im westlichen Stadtteil Otrobanda
Otrobanda ist eines der historischen Viertel von Willemstad und liegt im Südwesten der Stadt auf Curaçao. Otrobanda wurde 1707 gegründet und wurde von der Unesco zum Weltkulturerbe erklärt.
Die Königin-Emma-Brücke ist eine Pontonbrücke über die St. Anna Bay in Curaçao. Sie verbindet die Viertel Punda und Otrobanda der Hauptstadt Willemstad.
Die Bewohner von Otrobanda machen das Viertel zu etwas Besonderem, indem sie Künstler ermutigen, ihre Außenmauern öffnen und regelmäßig Straßenfeste mit Musik und Kunst veranstalten. Alle paar Monate veranstalteten sie diese Partys namens Kayakaya.
Er erreicht eine Höhe von 56,4 Metern (185 Fuß) über dem Wasser an seinem Scheitelpunkt (um Schiffe aufzunehmen, die in den engen Hafen einlaufen), und wiegt 3.400 Tonnen. Der Blick von der Spitze umfasst das gesamte Panorama von Punda, Otrobanda und Schottegat und ist einer der höchsten Aussichtspunkte der Insel.

Für Hotelgäste: Samurai Curacao wird Sie kontaktieren, um die Abholzeit mitzuteilen. Die Abholzeit liegt zwischen 45 und 10 Minuten vor Beginn der Tour. Der Treffpunkt ist in Ihrer Hotellobby. Trip was very informative. Nice bus with ac. What Viator doesn't tell you is the bus will drop you at the beach and pick you up in two hours Because trip description didn't state this, we didn't bring our stuff to swim. Had to pay extra to get transportation to the beach. Very unhappy with Viator. May start booking excursions outside of cruise terminal. 15 to 20 dollars cheaper

Very easy to find the meeting point. Naomi was a great guide and very informative. I would have changed one thing. That would be that she walk with us through the town instead of sending us on our own. I think we missed some things that would have been of interest. She did explain things after the fact, but in the moment would have been good. Really good day though!

The tour was a great way to get a taste of what Curacao has to offer when you are only visiting for a few hours. Anita our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I am especially grateful for the their gelp with my elderly mother who uses a wheelchair.

Amazing amazing tour! Must do when in town, our tour guide and driver from Samurai Tours were awesome, informative and funny. It was mostly a bus tour and we got off 2x for shopping and pics which was perfect for us. You'll see the highlights of the city for sure
