It was a lot of fun. The Dome is kind of crowded and seating is tight but I would not have missed it for the world. We were just lucky that there was a game that fit into our schedule. Maybe next time we will opt for luxury boxes, but this was a wonderful experience. don't plan on having dinner at the stadium, though.
This was a great experience! Jason was a great host! The baseball game was super fun and interactive! Highly recommend if you have time
This was truly a great experience. I solo tripped to Japan and thought it wouldn't be complete without a japan baseball game. The host jason took me and a group to see the tokyo giants. What a totally entertaining experience. Our seats were in the cheering section for the giants and it was great seeing all the various cheers for each player. Jason was very knowledgeable and kept everyone up to date on the team and history. I would definitely do this again next time I visit.
I am a big MLB fan go Tigers. Going to a Tokyo baseball game was a must. There is not much of tour pre-game. What you are paying for is the seats location (fan section) and our guide was great. Explained the cheers the difference from their baseball rules and MLB. How MLB is more about long game verse there is more about short even though in second inning the opposing team hit a hr. It was nice to see strategic advancement of runner even with bunting. Our tour guides was very knowledgeable about sports in general we talked about NBA and NFL. The whole experience was fantastic. The atmosphere at the game with the crowd and their energy was amazing.
I had signed up for the tour via trip advisor but got a note that there were no more guides available. Jason offered to get us tickets to see the game if we wanted without a guide. We took the tickets and had a great time at the game. Jason provided us the chants for the players and the basic rules to follow when sitting in the cheering section.
We went to the baseball game and sat in the home team cheering section. Having a guide definitely helped us understand the many different cheers and things peculiar to baseball in Japan. Please be aware that the cheering section is bleachers and the seats are very close together which felt a little uncomfortable.
Very good communication with us from beginning to end. Great facility great fun experiance the only negative for us was the actual physical seats we sat un were very uncomfortable.
Attending a baseball game in Japan was on my bucket-list so this activity was the very first thing I booked for my trip to Tokyo. I couldn't be happier with my experience! Jason was super friendly and explained everything very well. He took our group to a couple official merch stores before the game in case we wanted to purchase anything (I got the coziest sweatshirt - Go Giants!) He handed out printed copies of the various chants and songs, along with player stats, so we could reference them throughout the game. (However, you pretty much have them memorized by the 2nd inning!) As someone that attends MLB games, I found the differences fascinating. Sitting in the cheering section was the best! (I fear Dodgers games will seem a lot more dull from now on...haha) Some of the group left a bit early to beat the rush out of the stadium, but I stayed until the end and didn't find it difficult to leave despite it being a sold out game. Thanks again, Jason!
It was great! Our two guides were excellent. Ball Game was an experience to enjoy. We almost missed our meeting spot, let me say there are numerous 7-11's.
It was a great experience - joining in with a group of enthusiastic supporters who gave their all for the entire night.
