Appropriate for all ages. Kids might find it a little boring. Also might affect their belief in Santa. Blake our tour guide was wonderful. He was personable and knowledgeable. More importantly, Blake had the gift of recognizing who we were and tailoring his comments and our experience. We learned a lot and enjoyed the tour.

Guide was super. North Pole so so. North Museum excellent.....wish I had a book with all of information on Alaska that they presented!

Two attractions were great, Two were not.

Those are some of our favorite stops as well and offer a great introduction to Alaska's history, culture, and engineering. We understand that the North Pole stop may not appeal to every traveler in the same way. We include it because many visitors enjoy seeing the famous Santa Claus House and experiencing one of Alaska's most iconic and unique communities. That said, we recognize that interests vary from guest to guest. Great way to see the highlights of Fairbanks when short on time. Unfortunately I don't recall his name (he was from Arizona) but was very informative and provided ample time at each location we visited. He gave us time at the Santa Village in the North Pole to write a few cards to send back home to family and even took pictures of us with Santa. The Museums were also great and he gave us items to be sure to see at each location. So glad we booked this tour as being in Fairbanks for 1 day we would not have seen all this by ourselves. Thank for great tour.

Blake is an Awesome tour guide . Very knowledgeable and Very Friendly. He is there to make every person feel comfortable and make sure all have a great time and great tour . He takes the time to assist happily with pictures. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody in the Fairbanks area . I don’t usually give 5 star ratings ,but Blake deserves 5 Star Plus . Way to go to the owner Gavin . You have an exceptional employee .

I called to verify pickup spot and also texted the information two times. I did not get a response. No one showed up to take us on our excursion. We waited 30 min. Past our pickup time. I will be asking for a full refund

Due to a booking system error, your reservation was not properly received on our end, which resulted in us missing your scheduled tour. I understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for pickup and not receive the communication you deserved. After becoming aware of the issue, I reached out personally, issued a full refund, and offered a complimentary tour should your travels ever bring you back to Fairbanks. While I know that doesn't make up for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced, I wanted to do everything possible to make things right. We have since taken steps to ensure reservations are being properly monitored and received so that situations like this do not happen again.
