The pickup by Adnan at the port worked out excellently. Also the return transport was very nice. The starting point took some getting used to for me. Everyone was nice and friendly. There was coffee and tea before.

The hot air balloon ride was absolutely magical! The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt safe and well-organized. It was lovely. So well organized. All the workers made us feel comfortable and helped us get in the basket easily.Pickup was on time.Captain was a true pro and a gave us good explanations of what we were seeing. He explained about how the currents affected the direction of the balloon and that was interesting as well! Great value! I did it with my 16 year old son and he loved it! Would recommend this to anyone!

No safety measures, overbooked, not experienced pilot,windy day but still took off,shame on you,you should be banned from operating, I nearly lost my life!!! Trapped under the basket after a really bad landing,my head almost buried in the sand,nightmare experience,my hand severey crushed, lost my finger and part of my palm.Also shame on Dubai authorities for trying to COVER EVERYTHING UP,nothing on the news,noone said anything....We were made to delete videos of the tragedy by the police.A big cover up and the company still operating !!!!! I flew Hot air ballon ride in Dubai and had a great experience.I contacted via email and text to ask question and everyone was very friendly and helpfull!! Wonderfull staff Evan went as far as to contact my hotel.I am in my 20s and travelling solo it was my first flight and everything went smooth and easy it was very enjoyable and awesome.Thank you!!

The pick up from Sharjah was not well organised. The driver arrived at 4.30 am not at 4.00 am . He did not know the address of the hotel and went to the rear of the hotel. We were waiting by the hotel sign at the front. He asked us for the pick up point for the balloon trip. He really gave us the impression that he did not know the way and was not using google maps. The return journey with a different driver was okay but the driver spent time texting and talking on his mobile phone which made us feel uncomfortable. The balloon trip was first rate. The pilot Nicole and all the staff at the take off site were extremely helpful and made the trip a wonderful experience.

However, as the courtesy we send separate driver to Sharjah for the pickup without any extra charge and we deserve some appreciation for concluding the tour, other agency will simply cancel the tour. It was a wonderfull trip as we got to see the sunrise and have a smooth and enjoyable journey.My pilot was very professional and well trained and ensure we were safe going up and down.He has a great team and it was a absolutely wonderfull! Highly recommend it!
