Wir sind stolz darauf, dass dieses Erlebnis zum zweiten Mal in Folge mit dem Viator Experience Award 2023 ausgezeichnet wurde! Diese Führung führt Sie zu den Höhepunkten des Prado-Museums. Im Inneren befinden sich mehr als tausend Gemälde (nein, das ist kein Tippfehler, das ist wirklich wahr), daher können wir nicht alles erkunden; dennoch geben wir Ihnen die nötigen Grundlagen mit auf den Weg, damit Sie nach dem Besuch auf eigene Faust weitermachen können. Deshalb bezeichnen wir das gerne als eine lehrreiche Führung. Wenn du jedoch ein Kunstkenner bist, haben wir gute Nachrichten für dich: Da wir nur zu siebt sein werden, kannst du selbst entscheiden, was du sehen möchtest, und Wünsche äußern – deshalb bezeichnen wir diese Tour gerne als flexibel. Das Prado-Museum ist wohl der größte Schatz unseres Landes und eine der bedeutendsten Kunstgalerien der Welt. Auch nach zweihundert Jahren ist unser Lieblingsmuseum nach wie vor ein wunderbares Beispiel für künstlerische Exzellenz. Unser 90-minütiger Rundgang führt Sie zu den Höhepunkten der Sammlung, vorbei an Werken von Bosch, Tizian, El Greco, Velázquez und Goya.

Worth a visit to see the many masterpieces! And the personal guide makes all the difference. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about the art.
This is a wonderfully guided tour of the Prade Museum in english. Highly recommended. Maria did an increadible job. She had a deep knowledge of the museum and art from the lesser known pieces to the most famous. She did an excellent job explaining it all. This is a teaser tour. The museum is massive but you will hit all the highlights.

We loved our experience with Stephi. She made the tour enjoyable, with her knowledge and her contagious enthusiasm about paintings and history of the artists. She shared a lot of interesting facts and answered all our questions. Her English is very good and it was easy to understand.

Our experience was perfect from start to finish! Stephi was the perfect guide, checking on our comfort ongoing (waiting in a shaded area to begin, offering seating through the museum to listen to her, waiting for restroom breaks, etc). We were stuck in festival traffic (we had no idea all major roads would be closed for this festival) and were 5 mins late, she assured us via What’sAp that she would wait the 5 mins and didn’t make us feel terrible for our situation. The museum would have been overwhelming without Stephi, she helped break it down into 3 origins of the artists, weaving it with Spanish history. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the art, yet asked us to reflect about our thoughts on the pieces. Very thought provoking after she shared fascinating stories about the artists and their meaning behind their artwork. Our college aged teens on the tour were full of discussion, since some of the pieces we viewed related to courses they had taken. Very worthwhile experience! One unrelated note- you can bring in a water bottle, we wished we had. It was extremely hot and while the museum was very cool- by the end of the tour we were all parched! Unless you wanted to stay at the cafe after the tour, we couldn’t find a stop to just get a water.

Our guide Luis was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and he was passionate about all the artwork. The pace was perfect and he pointed out all the things to go back and see when his tour was finished. There is no way to see everything so we were glad to have his expertise to show us what to see on our own. Be sure to eat in the cafeteria to break it up after the tour, food was good and reasonably priced. This is a must do tour to see this amazing museum!
