For around €5, guests receive a guided visit inside a real bean-to-bar chocolate factory, where we explain every step of chocolate making using our own production. Comparing that to a free sales pitch in a retail shop is simply not the same experience. We never aim to compete on being the cheapest as we focus on authenticity, craftsmanship, and quality. We are sorry if it felt too brief for your expectations. As a small artisan workshop, unlike large industrial factories, our production space is limited and visitors are welcomed directly into our working environment. The tour is designed to give a quick glimpse into the chocolate-making process rather than a full factory visit with extensive walking between machines.
