Sergio was an amazing and engaging tour guide, very knowledgeable!! He kept the kids laughing and answered all the questions, started on time as well.

we went on easter day so it was helpful getting in and getting last minute tickets when everything sold out weeks before. our tour guide Octovio was excellent.
The tour guy was not where the ticket said he would be at the entrance. I asked multiple tour operators who were there as well as guell tour guides and no one could see him. I phoned multiple numbers and received either voice messages or no answer. Texting with the tour company afterwards they said he was there and would not return my money. This is a Scam. Stay away from this company. I arrived 45 min early for this tour, he didn't show and the park was sold put for the day. Bib waste of money and time. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

We deeply apologize that despite arriving early and making efforts to contact us, you were unable to find the guide. We understand the high cost and the ruined plan, and we regret that a full refund cannot be processed as the service was delivered and you were the only guest who did not join the group at the confirmed location.
Our tour guide was Ester, she was extremely knowledgeable of the Sagrada Familia and spoke with passion about the architecture and symbolism. I am an architectural student and was very impressed with her overall knowledge and the way she explained it was understandable even if you have no prior experience. She gave plenty of pauses for questions but was so comprehensive that there was very little need to ask anything. The building speaks for itself but ester guides you through the details
