U wordt opgehaald bij uw hotel voor een vertrek om 9.00 uur of 14.00 uur. De rit naar de Batu Caves duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. Bij aankomst bij de tempel beklimt u de 272 treden naar een imposant standbeeld van Lord Karthikeyan. Vervolgens betreedt u de grootste grot van het complex. Binnen vindt u hindoeïstische heiligdommen en een reeks grottempels die duizenden gelovigen van over de hele wereld trekken. Buiten de grotten kunt u enkele van de apensoorten spotten die in het gebied leven. Na uw bezoek aan de Batu Caves gaat u verder naar de Thean Hou-tempel, een boeddhistisch monument gewijd aan Mazu, de Chinese zeegodin. Dit is ook een uitstekende plek om een hapje te eten, aangezien de tempel omringd is door een aantal Maleisische en Chinese eetkraampjes. Daarna passeren we Little India, waar Indiërs boodschappen en religieuze artikelen kopen. Vervolgens gaan we naar Chinatown (Petaling Street) waar we kleding en schoenen kunnen kopen. Van daaruit bezoeken we de Twin Towers voor een fotostop. Deze 4 uur durende tour eindigt met de terugbrengservice naar uw hotel.

De schilderachtige rit van 15 minuten eindigt bij de Batu Caves. Deze natuurlijke kalksteenformaties herbergen hindoeïstische heiligdommen met verschillende religieuze godheden. Terwijl u de 272 treden beklimt naar het gouden beeld van Lord Karthikeyan, vertelt uw gids u meer over de diepe hindoeïstische wortels van dit land. Eenmaal boven aangekomen, gaat u naar de Kathedraalgrot, de grootste grot in het complex. Uw gids zal u achtergrondinformatie geven over de betekenis van deze ruimte, die ingewikkelde hindoeïstische heiligdommen bevat.
Na het bezoek aan de Batu Caves brengt de chauffeur u naar de Thean Hou-tempels, een van de mooiste Chinese tempels in Kuala Lumpur. De Thean Hou-tempel is een markante Chinese tempel met zes verdiepingen, voltooid in 1987 en officieel geopend in 1989. De tempel, gebouwd door de Hainanese gemeenschap die in Kuala Lumpur woont, is gewijd aan de godin Tian Hou.
Je rijdt door Little India, een wijk in Brickfields die bekendstaat om zijn kleurrijke straten, heerlijke gerechten en unieke winkels.
Na Little India breng je een kort bezoek aan Chinatown. In dit gebied vind je tientallen restaurants en eetkraampjes met lokale specialiteiten zoals Hokkien mee, ikan bakar (geroosterde vis), Asam Laksa en currynoedels. De handelaren hier zijn voornamelijk Chinees, maar er zijn ook Indiase, Maleisische en Bengalese handelaren.
De Central Market is een markt in Kuala Lumpur die je absoluut niet mag missen. Je kunt er lokale souvenirs en handwerkproducten kopen voor je dierbaren.
Voordat je bij het hotel wordt afgezet, ga je nog even langs de iconische Petronas Twin Towers. Maak foto's van de Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, een van de grootste bezienswaardigheden.

I went on the Ivy holiday tour and my driver and guide, Bella, was a good driver and a very helpful and helpful guide in Malacca. It was great. The lunch was delicious and I had plenty of free time, so it was a fun day trip. Bella is willing to accept sudden drop-off point changes

Relaxed and comfortable experience with tour guide Kalai, and good communication to sort out the pick up time and address. Tour is two people max so very easy, much better than a bus. Plenty of information, and time to look around the different stops. Batu Caves is a must-see, best done in the morning
